We won’t be on the Odyssey until Feb. 12 of 2022 (hubby’s 2020 Prime Tier cruise) but congratulations on your new ship assignment! Hope you’re still assigned on the ship in February. Do you work in the casino?

Congrats, that's awesome news! No immediate plans for Odyssey but, we are looking for a January 2022 cruise, so you never know! I wish you the best and look forward to your upcoming vlogs!

We have loved your videos and they definitely helped sustain us during the pandemic!  We will be on board in October and I'm very much looking forward to seeing your videos of the ship before we arrive. Can we put in a special request for a video of the Grand Suite?  I'll be sure to pop down to the casino (probably nightly) to say hi.

Such exciting news, Chris!! Congratulations on joining the newest ship in the fleet, well-deserved! It must feel so good to get back on after such a long time. I am on Odyssey in November (the original inaugural) so look forward to meeting you then! Cheers!

I am happy to announce that I will be joining the brand new Odyssey Of The Seas this week.

I look forward for the opportunity to go back to work, and once again help create vacation memories for Royal Caribbean passengers (you guys)!

Watch out for my upcoming videos on YouTube.

Will you need to quarantine for 2 weeks?

Finished day 2 vlog less than half an hour after it was posted!

I posted the same question on the video but in case it gets buried: with the 8 cases that cropped up onboard and the new suggested quarantine are those 14 days  on top of your current 14 days (for a total of 28 days) or 14 days added to the 6 or so you've already completed?

Vaccinations must have been slowed or delayed from our perspective.   I thought some received vaccines when in Israel, but that might not be the case.  May have had to wait to reach US to start the process.

They weren't vaccinated in Israel. It became controversial there and the government wouldn't give it to foreign crewmembers. It was most likely the real reason the cruises were canceled rather than the stated reason.
