WAAAYTOOO
@AshleyDillo are they allowing you to take drinks out of the casino ? The only thing that would have stopped you last night was the faulty sliding door that kept getting stuck! You have to wave your hand over the touch less sensor on the side (they have these all over the ships for restrooms too) for the door to open. It is an attempt to keep the smoke from drifting up to the Promenade. Music Hall 2nd floor is next to the casino and I had no problems running to the casino bar and back into Music Hall all night. I've heard them make an announcement before that no smoking or drinking if you aren't gambling. We never do it but I have certainly seen plenty of others taking drinks out ! The Windjammer on this cruise too is first class! Question about the sofa bed. Has Royal stopped the trundle style sofa beds where a double sofa turns into two separate mattresses? Or maybe it's just your room (as your looks like it's more of a double bed)? I sure hope not as for our Icon booking we had to go back to a single room and our kids sharing a double (sofa) bed won't work. The trundle style is perfect as they each get their own mattrtess. I think @Matt mentioned in a video (I cannot remember which one) that some rooms have trundle beds still. WannaCruise

Neesa
Eagerly awaiting the top tier C & A numbers! I'm thinking there are mostly seasoned cruisers, bloggers and TA's on this sailing which should make for less etiquette violations, fingers crossed. Thanks everyone so far I am enjoying your journey so much! We watched cabin tours yesterday & looking for you all! * Wow, you're fast, thanks for the numbers, wowza!!! Random Questions so far, Is there a car on the ship like on the Oasis classes? We have a wall filled with pictures with the cars. FYI when Symphony was canceled on us (I think 3 times now) due to the shutdown & I went to book it again, Cabash looked up the car & decided nope, don't have to sail on her! Wait what???? UGH!!! Are the crew mostly seasoned from other ships like the Wonder? It's me Neesa so I have to ask, any ducks spotted yet? I'm using @SweetPea ducks for our Utopia first sailing so wondering if they are still a thing especially since DCL has banned them! And finally, where is @SpeedNoodles, she started this one & I haven't read a post. Are all of you guys meeting up somewhere for a quick fun face to face? Group photo please? Have the best time & a huge thanks to everyone who is allowing us to come along, you guys are the BEST! I am so mad at myself. instead a couple months later I booked a cruise in August. I blame my wife because she said we had to take the kids and the inaugural for all of us was just too high for me at the time. We have not been to playmakers but to enter Absolute Zero (ice rink), you have to walk through playmakers. It’s weird setup. Hubby and I were saying that must be annoying if you are eating there and a show ends, a pack of people will have to come walking through. Curt From Canada
Sorry everyone … the numbers for Icon were mind boggling (so I had to get out my slide rule).
