We just made D+ so can look forward to one of these amenities on our next cruise but as non-drinkers most of the options have no value for us. At least the bag would be a (hopefully) nice souvenir. I now have to include a bingo session in my planner as a "couples activity". Luckily for me, I only have to play the game with my bonus card...and use a couple drink coupons to help pass the time. Royal's one consistent quality is their inconsistency. Everything from pins to crystal blocks. Some get 'em, some don't. FWIW, we didn't experience this phenomena. Went to Platinum tier on Wonder last April. Boarded Mariner in November, our Platinum pins were on the desk along with a letter from the C & A woman what's in charge of the program. Now if I can only remember what I did with the damn pin since there will b no more til Diamond which is likely beyond our grasp......pesky old and health issues. We didn't go to the ceremony because we thought it was for Diamond and higher. Did they take away from the Diamond some things? Seems like it to me. Every cruise pin I ever received is in a drawer somewhere. I like my cosmetic bags to have flowers, rainbow colors, and fancy designs on them, and the same with my luggage tags. A crystal block?! My DH calls those dust collectors. I cannot even remember the names of all the ships we sailed on..... My favorite souvenir is always the photos we take in our formal night outfits. DD did the same with the emerald pin she got on our Mum & Daughter cruise last summer, although in her case it was more about showing it off than weighing the lanyard down!
