Yes it has but I'm not sure if it's always been lumped together in the same section as the casino free play.

Can anyone say what the toiletry bag is like? We just made D+ so can look forward to one of these amenities on our next cruise but as non-drinkers most of the options have no value for us. At least the bag would be a (hopefully) nice souvenir.

Yes, its been there since I leveled up.  I now have to include a bingo session in my planner as a "couples activity".  Luckily for me, I only have to play the game with my bonus card...and use a couple drink coupons to help pass the time.

I actually use this as my toiletry kit for both work and leisure travel.  We received ours as a gift during our Christmas cruise in 2022 aboard Enchantment.  It packs all the items I need and packs better than my old PU leather bag.

i got one last time we were on oasis and brought home for someone in my family to use. my dad is going to use it for his smaller electronics and charging cables. 

it is currently set as my welcome amenity so i will be collecting them for a while 😂 

like you, i figured they were more useful long term than having to drink/bring home a bottle of michelle sparkling wine 😅

They're taking away the secret decoder rings for the great unwashed C & A tiers? 😐

Royal's one consistent quality is their inconsistency. Everything from pins to crystal blocks. Some get 'em, some don't. 

FWIW, we didn't experience this phenomena.  Went to Platinum tier on Wonder last April. Boarded Mariner in November, our Platinum pins were on the desk along with a letter from the C & A woman what's in charge of the program. 

 Now if I can only remember what I did with the damn pin since there will b no more til Diamond which is likely beyond our grasp......pesky old and health issues. 🤪

I don't care about the pin but the D+ luggage tag was really nice.

Just got off Harmony this past weekend and our Emerald pins were delivered to our suite. We didn't go to the ceremony because we thought it was for Diamond and higher. Did they take away from the Diamond some things? Seems like it to me.

The top tier event is for platinum and up. The only thing is when there are too many higher tiers, diamond might not have access to the Crown lounge during happy hour.

Oh so there is hope for me to receive my Emerald pin when on Symphony in May?  I earned my Emerald status back in November and this upcoming cruise is my first full-fledged cruise in Emerald status!  I really do hope I get a pin!

Based upon a post above yours, I would guess that each ship will continue to hand them out as long as they have supply on hand...  But obviously YMMV...

If they're still in stock, you may need to see the Loyalty Ambassador. During the last week of January, (the week the program appears to have changed) we were having an issue with our status being listed as Platinum on some things and Emerald on others (Sea Passes, Stateroom communications, etc.), as well as not receiving our pins.  After a visit to the Ambassador, our Emerald Pins were delivered to our stateroom that evening.

No trashy dollar store freebies for me.  

Do any people actually walk around wearing those pins?  Every cruise pin I ever received is in a drawer somewhere. 

I like my cosmetic bags to have flowers, rainbow colors, and fancy designs on them, and the same with my luggage tags.

A crystal block?!  My DH calls those dust collectors.  

I cannot even remember the names of all the ships we sailed on.....

 

My favorite souvenir is always the photos we take in our formal night outfits.

DD did the same with the emerald pin she got on our Mum & Daughter cruise last summer, although in her case it was more about showing it off than weighing the lanyard down! 😂
