FOB Posted September 18 Report Posted September 18 Does anyone have dates for the release of 2026 itineraries (particularly interested in Europe) Or do I just need to keep an eye on things and assume it will be first week of November like last year? Quote
Nathan adams Posted September 18 Report Posted September 18 Following. There is typically a Release Schedule. I haven't seen one yet. Quote

Effectively, you do just need to keep an eye on things. However, sooner or later they should post the flyer with the release dates here: https://loyaltoyoualways.com/deployment/ Just be aware that they do quite often change the dates after the first flyer is posted. Usually when that happens they update the flyer but often someone will spot it and post it on the boards anyway. FOB 1 Quote
michelle Posted September 18 Report Posted September 18 I love when the new deployments open up and keep in mind, often times, this is the BEST pricing you will get when booking certain itineraries and sailings. Don't wait to book if it's the trip you want! Ryan79, WAAAYTOOO and teddy 2 1 Quote

The test loads for Europe 2026 are up, ahead of the actual release in a couple of weeks' time. Don't get excited, though. By the looks of it, it's same old, same old... Liberty, Odyssey, Explorer, Brilliance and Harmony so far. Cactus527 and WAAAYTOOO 2 Quote

Interesting, Liberty has traditionally switched between Ft Lauderdale and Cape Liberty. Per the captain on Liberty, it's set to go to dry dock in 2026, so I'm assuming that's when it's moving to Europe. I wonder which ship will take it's place doing the NE/Canada and Bermuda cruises from Cape Liberty in 2026 Quote

And I have the vaguest recollection of Freedom being there at some point, although this could be my imagination playing tricks on me. The new itineraries are due out in the week beginning 18 November so we don't have too long to wait to find out. teddy 1 Quote

Yea Adventure was up here in either 2022 or 2023, then Liberty replaced it…I believe Freedom was up here before the pandemic FionaMG 1 Quote
DaveWithHat Posted October 22 Report Posted October 22 FionaMG, what are the test loads that you mentioned in your post: "The test loads for Europe 2026 are up, ahead of the actual release" Looking at the release schedule it is not clear when repositioning cruises such as Trans-Atlantics will come out which is what we are primarily interested in. Dave One to two weeks ahead of the week when a particular destination is due to be released, Royal will put a very few of the cruises for that destination up on the website. I think the reason for this is probably just to check that everything is set up correctly. These are the test loads and they will usually be taken down again within 24 hours. Some people have reported being able to actually book them during that short window of time. They are eagerly awaited because they give you an insight into which ships will be in the area for the season. For Europe the main batch of 2026 cruises is set to be released for sale during the week beginning 28 October, so about a week from now. The release can happen at any time during that week. Historically, it tends to be overnight from the Tuesday to the Wednesday, but I have seen both earlier and later. Trans-Atlantic sailings tend to be released in two batches. Generally, the eastbound itineraries, from the US to Europe come out along with the first European ones. The return trans-Atlantic itineraries, from Europeto the US, come out later, so likely not until spring next year. And occasionally there will be an outlier that gets released on some random date that nobody expects so it pays to keep watching if there is a particular ship you are interested in. Rackham Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 Ouch. Now waiting with anticipation for the rest of 2026's in the coming weeks and where they might be priced at. Also, is this the first time Royal's porting at Prince Rupert, BC? Quote
mworkman Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 They ain’t cheap…sticker shock On the low end for 2 pax balcony one way up or down 3K Quote
Cactus527 Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 It's interesting that these are showing up for you guys but not on my end yet. 7:30pm PDT Tuesday right now. EDIT: I figured it out, I wasn't logged in! WOW those prices. Ovation, Anthem, Serenade, and Voyager. Quote
DaveWithHat Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 I compared an inside cabin for 2 people for June 2025 vs 2026 and see a 4.3% increase. 6/8/24 Serenade $2,203 6/28/25 Serenade $2,297 Quote
smokeybandit Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 I wonder why there are no Sky Jr Suites on Anthem or Ovation. And I'd love for RC to offer a search option that ignores GTY rates since that really skews the lowest cost by category. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote

I consider the prices low after factoring in the earnings from a successful gold finding excursion to the Klondike in Skagway. Rackham Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 Now that I've had a chance to sleep on the higher than expected fares, they're still not bad when comparing them to the major resort destinations Royal has said is their competition in the past. As much as I'd like to see lower fares, Royal seems to know what they're doing by undercutting their stated competition, but aiming not to leave money on the table either. This is also ignoring C&A benifits with Diamond and above with the value they're adding to booking with Royal. Quote
smokeybandit Posted October 23 Report Posted October 23 What's baffling to me, as someone who books suites (yeah I know, first world problem), is that a grand suite with traditional perks on Voyager or Serenade is the same price as a Sky Class GS on Anthem/Ovation. Cactus527 1 Quote

I’d love an “Advanced Search” option where I can check mark cabins I want. Not only to eliminate GTY but in my case to show only “Ocean Vew Balcony” prices. Run this up the Royal flagpole! Somewhat related, I had my MEI agent book it and I was surprised there were group rates. For a category 4D balcony cabin on Serenade, it was $3306 refundable with the group rate. Non-refundable regular rate was $3576. MEI saved me ~$400 for two cabins off the bat! CruzOnBye, Cactus527 and WAAAYTOOO 3 Quote
