I sell patio furniture for a living and tell everyone who wants stuff that lasts to buy Poly Lumber furniture with a good warranty because it will last longer than us. If you live near the ocean it is the only way to go bc that salt air destroys everything.

If Liberty is going back to Galveston after Europe next year I would think they'd want a Playmakers on there. Big $ to be made as Texas folks love their sports.

Not doing Capri, we are doing the Amalifi Coast by Motor Launch and Pompeii excursion through Royal. I think it's an hour shuttle ride to Salerno before we board a motorboat to Amalfi. After lunch there we take a shuttle to Pompeii before heading back to port.

I cannot wait to sail on Odyssey for our 7 Nt Greek Isles cruise in September. Happy to hear you are having an amazing time!

Cool that they are putting the Pesky Parrot on Ovation, I'm guessing they will be putting that on more ships in place of the Bionic Bar as time goes on. I am also surprised no Playmakers on Liberty, seems like it is one of their most popular venues onboard their ships and it is the only Freedom Class ship without one. Poor Adventure of the Seas, one day it might get some upgrades....

I just called and saved $120 on my February 2026 Freedom sailing for my OVB. The nice lady on the phone tried to upsell me to a Junior Suite before confirming the price went down. I told her as a salesperson I appreciate her effort but for $1,000 more I'll just take the reprice since I'm sailing solo on this one.

It looks like construction on the site is moving along nicely.
