Good to hear! I'm really surprised that Oslo office refused in first. I had a little misunderstanding with them. They wanted to cover only 500 EUR instead of 1200 EUR. But after second e-mail they covered all I expected. And all this happened in 15 days. And I don’t how, but somehow in middle off all this mess and frustration I made two new booking for next year with RCL.

I believe, that they will not cover flight tickets, if you asked for cancelation (only insurance will help). New flight tickets for me are more than double to Rome and from Athens, what they were before.

I was just re-booked from 27th to 19th. Lots of cabins avable for 19th, even on Monday they told, that this sailig is sold out. I'm sure, that I got double-booking and I will be more upset, when they send me next e-mail, that they are sorry, but booking is cancelled.

19.10-27.10 is cruise from Rome to Athens (orginally 19.10-26.10 from Ravenna to Ravenna). It's sold out.

What the ship is doing between 04.10-11.10 (originaly ...-12.10). There is now sailings between these dates. It ends a cruise on 04.10 in Ravenna and after that nothing.

Booked directly with Royal. I have informed them about it.

The "best" from it is, that they are selling our cabin for 27th Oct saling, even we haven't decided to cancel.

Totally agree. We have tried to do Canaries cruise twice. Once on Navigator, when we stucked in Vigo for 2 days instead Madeira because stiblizer was broken. And second time we missed it because of Covid.

Hello! I need quick help from Royal to transfer all my familiy members FFC's to my name. I have final payment day tomorrow for my saling and Nordic (Oslo) office told me that they cannot help on the phone with this and I need to send e-mail. But they may response in 2 weeks. Is there any othet contact in Europe, where I can call with this matter? Thank You for any advise.

We have cruised from Florida in February (end of the month) twice now and weather was more warmer than regular summer in Batlic Sea area.

On our last Europen cruise (7-night Greek) on Jewel a fwe weeks ago, there was no formalt nights anymore. 2 times there was "Wear your best" and other were just casual. It was really dissapointing for us. First time I could not get WOW out of myself. If you say "Smart casual", people wear casual. If it's just "Casual", people wear flip-flops and T-shirts.
