If you want snacks delivered to the room you are supposed to coordinate with your butler. It isn't like the Genie where they send stuff on the regular just because. We actually would have to call our butler if we wanted anything sent to the room. There is no Whatsapp. Supposedly we can request anything from any eatery that is open. This is a perk specific to the higher level Retreat suites that come with the dining package. The lower end Retreat suites can still request snacks. Yesterday we had fruit and cheese delivered which was waiting for us when we got back from afternoon tea in the Retreat Lounge of course. And then the captain sent us flowers. Finally found beef that wasn't suspect on this ship! Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come as tonight we dine at... All of the food gets delivered by the butler, which is different than in Star Class where it's someone from food & beverage or room service staff. When he delivered the snacks he asked if we wanted anything else so we requested a restock. This is the kind of place where you ask the sommelier for the wine list so you can see the prices so you don't embarrass yourself by simply asking for the red one that's covered in the drink package. I guess they allow the guests to set the pace. Along came the meats.. Bone-in filet Prime rib I had the ribeye but didnt take a photo..oops. Our side picks were the creamed spinach, sauteed spinach, and smoked bacon mac & cheese.
