Anyone considering the beverage package with Voom, make sure you do your sums before you buy. On my CP for my upcoming Freedom cruise, internet for one device is $17.99. The beverage package is $56.99. Bought separately, that's a total of $74.98. The combo package is $90.99.  I don't know why, maybe I'm missing something, but that seems crazy.

Im interested in getting the refreshments package + 1 device . However I want to take 2 refreshments package and 1 time 1 device . Seems like its giving me 1 device for each adult. Any way around it?

I had to go back and double-check but for our August 2025 cruise on Symphony...the DBP + Zoom 1-device package for 2 people ended up being several hundred dollars less than getting the DBP and internet package separately for 2 people and 2 devices (even when assigning 1 person with 2 devices).

I suppose YMMV!

We had Giovanni's on Liberty just last month and the menu was pretty dang good for the price we paid. Quite surprised and lunch at the specialty restaurants seems to be the best value.

I have the same issue.  No email confirmation, and nothing in my calendar.  I did save the confirmation number, however.  Maybe the system is overwhelmed.

I just booked UDP for Wonder Sailing and paid.  CP said thank you for your order we will email you confirmation .....
Haven't received email confirmation yet nor does it show up on my card.  Should I wait or rebook?  Called and there is a 3 hour wait.

Hidden benefit of being a cheapskate... I pretty much buy one meal (which OBC always covers) and nothing else in the CP, lol.

I have a hanging order - not showing processing, not showing booked, and not able to cancel.  It was for Hideaway Beach and Internet as 2 items bought together.  I tried earlier and nothing was going through so I used the app.  That is the order that is hanging.  I rebooked each item as a separate purchase through Safari on my Mac vs. Chrome and they processed through pretty quickly.  I'd say if you have something hanging and no movement, it may catch up when they do some system maintenance or it may get lost.  Book to ensure you have it with confirmation and watch to cancel if the hung-up one moved to processing and booked.

Was having similar issues, in fact couldn't get it to do anything after hitting the purchase button. Was using Google Chrome, but then open another window and used 2 different browsers (NON-Google) and they both worked fine, with no issues anymore.

They'll be others for sure. Memorial Day, 4th of July they have one I think? Best Black Friday also if it's that far out.

I had one cruise that had the soda and internet-for-one-device bundled into $22.99/day! That's AMAZING!!!! Saw $23.99 and $25.99 on a few other cruises, but it's definitely better than the pricing individually.

Class Royal move.  I can't believe I didn't notice this.  Oh well....I can still cancel if the menu(s) is (are) too limited.  Thanks for the head's up.

Has anyone received email reciepts for purchases today?

I snagged the beverage package for 35% off and a MUCH cheaper price on the Taste of Royal Lunch. (30% less that what I originally paid)

I got a cancellation email for the TOR Lunch but I have yet to get any emails for the repurchase of that or the other purchase of the Drink Package.

I know I don't actually need them since they show up in the app, but I do like to have the confirmation.

I think (someone correct me, please, if I'm wrong) that Liberty has Giovanni's Table, which has a different (and I personally think) better menu than the newer Giovanni's Kitchen. I have embarkation day lunch booked at GK on Freedom but really wish that it was GT.

I got confirmation emails for everything I purchased.

I got my emails pretty much instantaneously but I was doing my bookings at 8 am GMT, so 3 am EST when a lot of you were asleep. Everything was working fine then but I'm sure the system is overwhelmed right now as the whole of the US is awake now. I seem to remember this exact same thing happened last year too.

Correct, table and I didn't even know there was a difference.🤣 Is one better than the other? Isn't table going out in favor of Kitchen?

I am sure I will regret purchasing things multiple times, but I tried in the app and did get a confirmation. Edge and Chrome purchases are not going through on my end. I am on a PC (new) and I have an Andriod phone (newish).

I guess it depends on what you like. Comparing the two menus, Table appeals to me far more than Kitchen. There are some big differences, the most notable one being the Kitchen does pizzas while Table does not.

That said, I have not yet tried Kitchen. My cruise next month will be the first time so perhaps I will change my mind. I have never been disappointed with a meal at Table and found the filet there to be better than Chops.

We absolutely love Table for dinner and lunch. They give you a lot of food. Never ever had anything I didn't like there either.

Are you seeing the charges to your credit card?  I'm not, though I don't want to re-buy and then have duplicates.  This is so annoying, year after year with this mess.
