I'm so glad you're almost fully packed. I fly on Thursday to LA and have NOTHING packed. My life is so crazy...I told Spouse I just need an hour somewhere in the next few days to pack. So far, not yet. ARGH. LOVE the hair dryer deal too!!!!! The only thing I scored on Black Friday was a successful presentation I'd been working toward. HA!

This is interesting. Head's up to anyone on this sailing - come LATER and double check you're being dropped off in the right place. Norwegian Bliss is taking Terminal 92 (the normal RC one), so it appears we will be at the terminal just north of that. I guess I'm coming over at 11:30am? Hmm.

For this trip, I'm doing nothing for Ensenada. The last couple times I've been, I've just gone out of the port area and gotten authentic Mexican food (read: churros). SO GOOD. In January, I'm doing the Bufadora tour through RC - snagged it for $40!

Here's what they ask

The two times that I have driven from Seattle to Vancouver, it took us 3 hours, an hour of which was sitting in line at the border. I would be much more likely to take the train in the future because I want to avoid that headache/ frustration. In San Diego, I highly recommend a tour of the USS Midway. It's almost directly beside the cruise port, and definitely worth it! All the people giving the tours are Navy veterans.

LOVE. I stayed in a forward-facing Ocean view on Allure. I would absolutely recommend it for all of the extra space as well as the view. Maybe one time the entire 4-day cruise did I ever feel motion of the ocean!

Oh, I FORGOT TO SAY - I got a cup clip for both my daughters because they have loft beds and complain about getting up for water at night. Now? They can have a water bottle clipped to the rail and just wet the bed from overdrinking at night! Score another for Bezos...

CUP CLIP IS THE BEST I seriously take it on all my business trips now too, because it fits well on the bedside nightstands and frees up the incredibly tiny space on there. It's just the best. Definitely a worthy investment. Such a great idea! Why didn't I think of this?!?!??? *purchases* Don't get mad, but I *swear* I saw something about Royal not allowing weighted blankets anymore. I'm going to see if I can find the information for you... You know, the funny thing is I've been reeeeeally looking close at a "weekender" bag style from Nomad Lane lately. It's their bento bag (why the f* they'd name it after a lunch box is beyond me ), and I too have been mulling over whether to pull the trigger with a pre-Black Friday sale or just wait until ACTUAL Black Friday. Hmm...decisions, decisions. Those trunks are $$$$$ though, I've looked at both Away's and Monos's (Monos'? Monoss'? M'o'n'o's'?). Super nice.

It depends on when you bought it. If you JUST bought it, you have the ability to modify it right now. If you bought it a few months ago (or more), RC does not have the ability to make those reservations ahead of time for those just yet.

When I booked mine, I then went into the Order History, clicked on the UDP that I purchased, and the hit "Modify." It then allowed me to make my reservations. Hope this helps!

My confirmations trickled in within 2-10 minutes for each one. Gmail was kind enough to put them all together in one email (sarcasm), so I've had to check multiple times that everything came through. We're good.

I had one cruise that had the soda and internet-for-one-device bundled into $22.99/day! That's AMAZING!!!! Saw $23.99 and $25.99 on a few other cruises, but it's definitely better than the pricing individually.

REALLY loving the new beverage package + internet combos on sale. It's saving me a ton on my 2025 cruises!
