Heck if I'm being offered two cruises I would sleep in a room that only fit a bed and space to stand my suitcase up.  I'll find a way to get cleaned up and brush my teeth.

Dad is just moving somewhere that he can root for a winning NFL team! He doesn't care if you invite him to cruise with you or not.

I personally love the private island experience. I booked a Symphony itinerary specifically because it stops at both Perfect Day and Labadee! 

My wife and I love to book on deck 8 on Oasis class, just because we love walking through Central park every chance we get.

Totally agree! So jealous of those folks who are able to take an uber down to the port for a weekend getaway cruise

Every time I go to cococay (or Labadee) I do the same thing.  I rent a cabana....spend 3 hours in the water....then sit in the cabana looking at the waves for a little while, eat lunch, and then spend another 3 hours in the water.
Then I waddle back to the ship with typical overweight American sand/salt water rash and get a shower saying "why did I spend so much time in the water?"
 
What an awesome time.....I can't wait for April now.
And on edit....probably doesn't answer your question ;).  There are lockers at cococay you can shove your stuff and storage if you rent a cabana

My wife and I honeymooned on Oasis back in 2017 and it was awesome!!!! Central park is amazing. We book now book cabins toward the rear on deck 8 when we cruise Oasis class just to make it easier to stroll through central park every night on the way to dinner. It sounds like you have great excursions booked so I my only advice would be to book your onboard shows as early as possible. Try to see them all including the aqua and ice shows as Oasis class entertainment is second to none. Enjoy and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

Sorry this has ruined your vacation, but this is the media's fault, not Royal Caribbean.  
A scare was created when one local news decided to run on a rumor, and a media circus ensued that ended up being for absolutely no reason.

When we were there last week we had a cabana on Chill Island. The cabana included towels, floating mats, Bluetooth speaker, cooler with ice and waters, snorkeling gear, bar and food service from our cabana attendant. He gave us wristbands and said they were good for everything on the island except ziplining and helium balloon. Shocked, I asked if it included the water park. He assured us it did. We were shocked as it was not advertised that a chill island cabana included access to the waterpark. We asked him to double check so he asked another cabana attendant who said yes it was included. With this information my wife and I decided we may as well give the slides a go. We wandered over to the waterpark only to be turned away and told it was not included. Wasn't too bothered by it because we weren't planning on going on the slides anyway but found it amusing that a lot of the employees seemed misinformed and unaware of what was what.

People everywhere in life, particularly in America will do stupid things then pursue legal action for their stupidity.  There is an endless line of lawyers eagerly waiting to assist them.  

Hold on now...my wife said the certificate I got when we got married meant obey and unless I like being in the doggie house I obey. Happy wife happy home. At least that's what she says...lol!!!

It walked past me several times and didn't detect her medical condition on me so that was good.  
I felt much better knowing I don't have her condition, whatever that was.  In that sense I was emotionally supported as well.  
This dog had ultra long range sensors that worked even when the owner was in the North Star where the dog couldn't go.
