  1. The video is one minute and 14 seconds long (same length for everyone in our group).  It contains about 75% stock video of the experience with about 25% being actual footage of you on the edge.  The video of you is taken from a camera that is mounted on the trolly above your head.  The video camera is right behind my helmet in the attached photo.

  2. Your stateroom attendant can make it up either way.  The sofa is very close to the closet so there is very little room to maneuver and the storage baskets make it seem even tighter.  One of the nice parts of the infinite balcony is that it can be used as part of the room.  Have you given any thought to splitting up the kids and having one sleep on the floor of the infinite balcony?  The balcony chairs can be moved, and you could use some cushions, pillows or even a blow up mattress that you bring from home.

  3. @Radzagarwal since you are new to the board, perhaps this blog post from a few years ago will be helpful as you prepare: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2020/04/07/introduction-bringing-toddlers-royal-caribbean-cruise  We have been on many cruises with our kids (and now our grandkids), and we have always had a great time.  Don't worry about being with your little one.  If your 6 year old is involved in Adventure Ocean activities, then they might not want to hang out with the parents and little brother anyway.

  4. Congratulations!!!  The rule is actually 23 weeks pregnant.  (https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/pregnant-health-safety-onboard-policy). Since you are outside of final payment date, even if you have completely paid for everything, you can make a change, but it will cost at least $200.  Assuming that you booked with a non-refundable deposit (most common), then you can change the cruise to a different time (even different year) by paying a $100 per person change fee.  You will need to cancel all of your excursions and other packages and rebook them for the new date.  You will have to pay the current rates for the new cruise date, excursions, etc.  If you booked with a travel agent, just call them and explain.  If you booked directly with Royal Caribbean, then call 866-562-7625 and they will walk you through the changes.  Good luck, and congratulations on the little "Dude".

  5. I agree with @need2cruz that the Downtown Emabassy Suites is a really great option.  Just to expand a bit, if you are looking for budget properties, then the Westshore Business District will offer the most options.  Many of the hotels in that area offer free airport shuttles.  Two examples include: Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Airport Avion Park Westshore and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport.  If you your flight arrives late, then Tampa Airport has a Marriott (Tampa Airport Marriott) that is right in the terminal, and while not cheap, it is very convenient for a late arrival.  If your flight arrives earlier the day before your cruise, then I highly recommend staying in downtown Tampa.  The Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center, JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, and the Tampa Marriott Water Street are all great choices.  From these hotels you can walk to the ship or use the free streetcar to get to the cruise terminal: http://www.tecolinestreetcar.org/home.html. If time allows, staying downtown gives you easy access to the riverwalk https://thetampariverwalk.com or you could take a waterfront tour on the water taxi https://piratewatertaxi.com.  If nightlife is your thing, then you could stay in Ybor City.  Two nice choices that offer easy access to the streetcar are Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa/Ybor City/Downtown and Hotel Haya.  These hotels also offer easy access to all of the restaurants/bars/clubs of Ybor City https://www.ybor.org

As for transportation from the airport, if you stay in downtown or Ybor, just take an Uber/Lyft/taxi from the airport to your downtown/Ybor hotel.  After your cruise, Uber/Lyft/taxi is your best way to get to the airport.  Tampa is a great cruise port, and I am sure that you will have fun no matter where you choose to stay.

  6. In general the waves and swells in the Mediterranean are relatively mild due to the narrow opening at the Strait of Gibraltar.  Here is a forecast map that provides a general estimate of predicted seas: https://www.surf-forecast.com/weather_maps/North-Atlantic?type=htsgw&&over=none&&hr=6  As you can see by advancing the forecast period, a few days next week are higher than typical.  I assume that you are on Symphony.  If so, you probably won't feel a thing.  Have a great time!!

Just one thing to be aware of... I'm pretty sure my TA told me you can only do open bookings with non-refundable deposits. So if you're planning to switch to a TA group rate with refundable deposits, you have to actually pick the cruise.

If I'm wrong, my apologies (and this may not apply of course but it definitely does to me as I was thinking about an open booking when I'm onboard next week).

I can confirm what @OCSC Mike said.  Non-refundable only.  Here is the fine print:
