  1. Here is a link with some more information: https://www.grandturkcc.com
  2. There is some interesting insight in this CNBC story. Watch the video for more detail than the text. https://cnb.cx/3TXKkyj
  3. @All4family I uploaded the video to YouTube so that you can see the whole thing. https://youtu.be/s-ci8or__pE
  4. The video is one minute and 14 seconds long (same length for everyone in our group). It contains about 75% stock video of the experience with about 25% being actual footage of you on the edge. The video of you is taken from a camera that is mounted on the trolly above your head. The video camera is right behind my helmet in the attached photo.
  5. Your stateroom attendant can make it up either way. The sofa is very close to the closet so there is very little room to maneuver and the storage baskets make it seem even tighter. One of the nice parts of the infinite balcony is that it can be used as part of the room. Have you given any thought to splitting up the kids and having one sleep on the floor of the infinite balcony? The balcony chairs can be moved, and you could use some cushions, pillows or even a blow up mattress that you bring from home.
  6. Yes, the train is the way to go. We have made the trip three times and it is very easy as long as each person only has one suitcase. Here is a website will all the details on using the train to get to the port: https://civitavecchia.portmobility.it/en/port-civitavecchia-guide-cruise-passengers
  7. It looks like you enter the Hideaway from Thrill Island on Deck 16. Here is a screen shot from one of the "Making" videos.
  8. @Radzagarwal since you are new to the board, perhaps this blog post from a few years ago will be helpful as you prepare: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2020/04/07/introduction-bringing-toddlers-royal-caribbean-cruise We have been on many cruises with our kids (and now our grandkids), and we have always had a great time. Don't worry about being with your little one. If your 6 year old is involved in Adventure Ocean activities, then they might not want to hang out with the parents and little brother anyway.
  9. Congratulations!!! The rule is actually 23 weeks pregnant. (https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/pregnant-health-safety-onboard-policy). Since you are outside of final payment date, even if you have completely paid for everything, you can make a change, but it will cost at least $200. Assuming that you booked with a non-refundable deposit (most common), then you can change the cruise to a different time (even different year) by paying a $100 per person change fee. You will need to cancel all of your excursions and other packages and rebook them for the new date. You will have to pay the current rates for the new cruise date, excursions, etc. If you booked with a travel agent, just call them and explain. If you booked directly with Royal Caribbean, then call 866-562-7625 and they will walk you through the changes. Good luck, and congratulations on the little "Dude".
  10. Is this the one that you are looking for? I don't know the rider, but I believe that the photo credit goes to @twangster
  11. I agree with @need2cruz that the Downtown Emabassy Suites is a really great option. Just to expand a bit, if you are looking for budget properties, then the Westshore Business District will offer the most options. Many of the hotels in that area offer free airport shuttles. Two examples include: Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Airport Avion Park Westshore and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport. If you your flight arrives late, then Tampa Airport has a Marriott (Tampa Airport Marriott) that is right in the terminal, and while not cheap, it is very convenient for a late arrival. If your flight arrives earlier the day before your cruise, then I highly recommend staying in downtown Tampa. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center, JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, and the Tampa Marriott Water Street are all great choices. From these hotels you can walk to the ship or use the free streetcar to get to the cruise terminal: http://www.tecolinestreetcar.org/home.html. If time allows, staying downtown gives you easy access to the riverwalk https://thetampariverwalk.com or you could take a waterfront tour on the water taxi https://piratewatertaxi.com. If nightlife is your thing, then you could stay in Ybor City. Two nice choices that offer easy access to the streetcar are Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa/Ybor City/Downtown and Hotel Haya. These hotels also offer easy access to all of the restaurants/bars/clubs of Ybor City https://www.ybor.org As for transportation from the airport, if you stay in downtown or Ybor, just take an Uber/Lyft/taxi from the airport to your downtown/Ybor hotel. After your cruise, Uber/Lyft/taxi is your best way to get to the airport. Tampa is a great cruise port, and I am sure that you will have fun no matter where you choose to stay.
  12. For what it is worth, here is what the RC marketing folks have to say:
  13. Here is a link to the map of CocoCay. Since you are going to Chill Island, look for number 33 on the map. You will have a great time! https://www.royalcaribbean.com/content/dam/royal/resources/pdf/perfect-day-at-cococay-wayfinding-map.pdf
  14. I assume that the 16 days between when Brilliance gets to Portsmouth on April 27 and the first "Europe" cruise on May 13 will be a dry dock visit. Could that be done at the Historic Naval Dockyard there in Portsmouth?
  15. Low cruise fares are hard to find. Found this one so I thought I would share. This deal is pretty good, especially if you live in Central Florida.
  16. I am sorry that Nachi Cocom didn't live up to your expectations. If you would like a fun day seeing the other side of the island, then you might like the Cozumel Bar Hop : https://cozumelbarhop.com We have hopped three times and have had great fun each time.
  17. 20 foot seas may have made docking in Labadee a bit iffy. https://www.windy.com/-Waves-waves?waves,24.427,-75.608,6 Have a great time anyway!
  18. Yes, iPhone. I uninstalled and re-installed the app, and this is what I still have:
  19. In this view, I used to be able to see the guest names for each reservation.
  20. I really don't like that they took away the guest names on the individual cruises under "upcoming cruises". I have family members' cruises linked to mine and now I cannot see whose is whose without loading each one.
  21. In general the waves and swells in the Mediterranean are relatively mild due to the narrow opening at the Strait of Gibraltar. Here is a forecast map that provides a general estimate of predicted seas: https://www.surf-forecast.com/weather_maps/North-Atlantic?type=htsgw&&over=none&&hr=6 As you can see by advancing the forecast period, a few days next week are higher than typical. I assume that you are on Symphony. If so, you probably won't feel a thing. Have a great time!!
  22. I can confirm what @OCSC Mike said. Non-refundable only. Here is the fine print: Fine Print.pdf
  23. I have not yet seen this deployment schedule link posted: https://creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal/Deployment/2025_2026/2025-2026_Deployment_Opening_Schedule.pdf
  24. Here is a story from Crew Center: https://crew-center.com/royal-caribbean-ship-evacuates-us-citizens-israel
