AshleyDillo
I skipped MDR on the last night..Caribbean night is not my fave and I had ruined my dinner with a late snack from Fish & Ships. Did some damage in the casino and ended up with an instant certificate...it was all 10-hand video poker. I am definitely qualified for Prime now despite my prior 2 sailings this month not showing points on the Club Royale site. I decided to hit up 3-card poker on the way out and hit a 4 of a kind so that was a nice little payout. Packed up for turnaround day...and set an early alarm and woke up before the sun had burned off the yuck. I was able to stay in my cabin and work until 9:30 and then I met up in the Star Lounge with about 50 others. They will have a lunch for us in the dining room at 11:30. Now we are waiting to be called to get our new SeaPass cards. Neesa, SweetPea, JohnK6404 and 7 others 8

AshleyDillo
Caesar salad Chicken...this was super salty but it was actually very, very flavorful too! Would order it again and hope it was less salty. I heard griping around the interwebs that this was taken off whatever menu it usually shows up on, so I ordered it. The cookie part was good but the ice cream was overly sweet. Neesa, Cactus527, Sweety and 4 others 6
AshleyDillo
I snuck off to my room after lunch... And Oscar made it happen..my luggage was waiting in my room. Other than a quick run to my muster station to check in, I just stayed holed up working in the cabin. I have the same dinner time and table as last week but it isn't the same waitstaff. I saw on the app I had been assigned the same table and just assumed they would be here and I could tip for both cruises at the end...oops. AshleyDillo
I was boring today..got some work done. I took a break and checked out the Make A Wish auction on the pool deck. I heard it's only for April which is a shame because they were auctioning off some cruise planner items at a discount...like $100 for 2 for the full behind the scenes ship tour or a speciaty restaurant for 2 for $70. I would much rather pay that and have it go to Make A Wish. Ampurp85, PPPJJ-GCVAB, MaryS and 3 others 2 1

It's like the one on Mariner if you are familiar. Maybe 50 seats inside and there is an outside section as well. It's located up on Deck 14 so has the Viking Crown views. It also is not a solid wall and there is noise bleed. Now Playing: Children doing Taylor Swift karaoke in the genopop.area. Better than EX I liked the CL on Indy between the crown view and the outdoor area. Although when we were on her in 2022 the automatic sliding door to the outside wasn't working so you had to manually pry it open, lol. The warm snacks were also awful. Everything is a trade-off I guess. I'm used to Oasis class with the CL in the basement and I'll take Wonder's virtual window, nice food spread, and TWO coffee machines at this point over a nice view. I don't actually lounge there for long anyway... I usually just grab my cappuccinos and pastry to go in the early AM and pop in at night to check the snacks and maybe sit there eating them for 10-15 mins. AshleyDillo
I did not get off yesterday in Bimini. I could see it from the ship and it didn't look worthwhile to get off. I do not adventure solo so when I'm on a solo trip. If I get off I just walk around the immediate port area if there isn't an excursion that gives a generalized tour of the area with no water activities or beach breaks. If I wasn't solo I would have likely rented a golf cart and explored. It was Caribbean night in the MDR and I still went despite the uninteresting menu. My table neighbors are all nice. My table is a 2-top in a row of other 2-tops so we're all super close like one big table. Fortunately this cruise everyone shows up early and there's less waiting around for ordering and food delivery. Makes the meal go faster. Pretty sure we only use our range bag for the range but now I'll be paranoid and extra cautious. I've accidentally brought aboard airplane bottles of liquor that they gave me on the plane and i kept in my bag and didn't think about. Or heaven forbid the time i forgot i had some gummies in my bag that were never caught (thank God). AshleyDillo
Newsflash: I did not CocoCay today. Is anyone surprised? I stayed on the ship and worked. When I finally left my cabin I was greeted with another casino instant certificate..oops We are late leaving CocoCay because of a medical emergency but the captain assured us we will still make it back to Miami on time. Saturdays at the Port of Miami are crazy, so that should be fun. I have a late flight home so I can wait out the crush and leisurely make my way to the airport. No plans to do anything to pass the time. I do have a car rental reservation just in case but I most likely will just hang at the airport for hours. AshleyDillo
I took my time getting off the ship. Had departure breakfast in the main dining room where it took 20 minutes waiting in line just to get in. I was done with breakfast around 9:05 which conveniently was right after they called all luggage tags. The line to debark was sent through the back of the Deck 4 MDR. It was a pretty slow crawl out of there. Terminal G uses luggage carousels and they're long and winding so my baggage took a while to surface. Fortunately I was in no rush. AshleyDillo
I decided to kill the time I am going to try using the free trolley to get to TriRail to the airport, effectively making my trip $2.25 vs a $30 rideshare. The trolley stop is located convenient Terminal G, but hiking down from Terminal A would be rough. It's only 77 degrees and windy so it's comfortable out. To get to the trolley stop there's a building right across from the little gap between Terminals G and F. You cross the street cut through the walkway for that building which houses the police and port safety department. Random chickens hang out over here. Then it's just across the street behind that building and up half a block...just to the left of the tree in the left of this photo.
