So happy I got 125% OBC!

Recommended Posts

It finally posted today to my CP. I’m able to take advantage of the great sale prices which left me with $400 left over! I decided to get The Key for $20.

I originally got the DBP with VOOM but since VOOM is included with The Key, I rebooked just the DBP. Also did Ultimate Dining and CocoCay Beach Club.

I still have $225 left and still have $100 to add for stock holder OBC.

I may splurge on a spa thing or buy really good champagne!

This one (October Symphony) better sail! Lol 🤞🤞🙏🙏

Just bring one.  You'll pay three times as much on board than you'd pay on land.

But I have all this leftover OBC!

I brought everything that had for my canceled may cruise

Dbp

The key

Thrill water park

Will book observtorium it's not offered right now and who knows if it will be.

Decided to also get a bungalow in labadee

Still have $500 left over after the great memorial day sale. I've saved hundreds.

Not sure what we're going to do. Maybe by a dinner at izumi, wings and such at playmakers, maybe breakfast or lunch room service 🤷‍♀️ I don't want to load up my days with pre planned stuff.

Can you pay gratuities with it? More spa treatments?  It just irks me to no end to see a $110 bottle of champagne on board that I can buy on land for $35. LOL

Same for the spa stuff too. We pay $45 deep tissue massage, package of 6 and the 7th free.

Go to casino and cash out?

@Baked Alaska I've seen comments like this before but it's never applied to me. Are you saying if you have money left in your planner at the end of the cruise you can get a refund for it at the casino?

How long did it take to post to your CP? Ours was applied a week ago, and still hasn't been posted 🙄

It took exactly a week. I actually called and held on hold for about 20 minutes as we drove to breakfast the other morning. Hung up, ate and when I got back in the car, I checked my CP before I called again and it was there!

The site was real sluggish Tuesday morning. Kept directing me back to sign in when I hit the plan my cruise button. I think they were updating credits and such because 45 minutes later, the site was running smooth and my credit was there.

What are your experiences after applying your Cruise Planner credit? How long does it takes to appear on your Cruise Planner? I'm waiting for mine to show up and would like to have an estimated. Thanks for your help.

Where do you go to see if you FCC has posted to your CP?

Your cruise planner...there will be a pop up message right when you sign in saying you have on board credit. You must call first to have it applied to the sailing that you want it applied foo

I came on today to find out how to apply the 125% to a specific cruise and you lovely posters answered my questions without me asking.  We have a ton from 2 canceled cruises and want to apply it to the cruises we will spend more.  I also don't want to apply it to August cruises in case they are canceled and the September cruise is just hubby and our youngest.

Happy to help. We applied to an October cruise. Pretty happy with the extra 25% and all the cruise planner sales!

We should get 3 credits so applying to three different cruises.  They were pretty big amounts so I may cancel some of my planner items and rebook.  Also, going to buy some excursions that I was going to book privately.

It's not exactly a refund.  What you are doing is charging to your onboard account at the casino which eats into any OBC that you would have left.  At the casino cashier you can get cash and they charge it to your room with a 5% service fee (no fee if you have casino loyalty status).  Some ships even have the ability to add money to the slots machine directly which has no service charge (or didn't the last time I did it).  I did that and then cashed out at the slot machine for a ticket and turned that into cash.

I have say, I had the quickest phone call with RCCL in 6 months this morning! I wanted to go ahead and apply my 125% cruise planner credit to our August sailing, so I called the cruise planner line and literally had zero wait time, I was connected immediately. I paused in disbelief when the sweet woman answered. It was refreshing after the hours upon hours many of us have had to wait on the phone for our cancelled sailings (Until many of us smartened up and snagged an MEI TA 😄 )  It's pretty awesome having that leftover amount on my planner.

Here's to August guys! #StillGoing

When you applied for your 125% OBC did you get any confirmation that you chose this?

I'm thinking about it, but even with 6 sailings booked, I am not sure I will be able to go on any of them for sure and don't know what will happen to that OBC if we end up canceling.

Ok. I tried once but there wasn't even a "submit" button available once I filled everything out, so I am assuming that it did not go through but I have no idea if it did or not.  That's great.
