If it is, it's purely to make the "sale" price look good when in reality it's still the same or higher than previous pricing has been for the last year.
Whatever the reason might be, the threshold for me is 50.00 a day so I personally would be out. This will just promote more drinking by those that opt to pay 1300 dollars per couple for the week.

Boy I’m gonna hear about this one....but I actually like the hamburgers in the WJ. When I’m just looking for a “bite” I usually grab one. While they don’t look all that appealing (I’ll concede that), they taste pretty good.
I agree with you also but why is it that the condiments are before the burgers? Based on the typical direction of the line. Makes it odd to put your burger on a bun then go backward to the toppings

If you look at the prices that are listed they seem to be the price that all sales are based on.

Just returned from Liberty, the work on 08/04/2019 was work on the Hull which was supposed to be finished at 11:30 PM but didnt get wrapped up until 2:30 AM. We made it to Roatan right on time even with the 10 hour delay. Ship is operating at full speed (Was doing 22.7 yesterday coming back to Galveston).
I prefer they fix things thoroughly before leaving port, I dont care how long it takes... :)
Excellent Cruise, will do a writeup in the Blog section soon.

If you have a family and or a lot of luggage I would definitely look into the LYFT XL or SUV. If you have a family of 4 with 4 large suitcases and some carry on's you will find it impossible to fit it in say a PRIUS if thats what picks you up. What's even more troublesome these days is the fact that half of the drivers have the trunk partly full of their own stuff already which leaves less room.

I always keep them and take pics of them so no problem at all.

I also find it easy to "Get your Moneys worth" if you are literally comparing the price of the drinks with the package price. This is EXACTLY what RCL wants you to do. The real question is whether you would buy all those drinks if you didn't have the package. A lot of people say this and I know it to be true, often with the package i find myself just getting a drink because I can. The reason why the packages became available is exactly that reason, not enough people were spending 350.00 per person on drinks each but we all know what happens when we have a ALL YOU CAN EAT / DRINK package, we make sure we are doing the math to get our moneys worth.

A bandaid is cheaper than surgery especially when they know it will be in drydock next year.
Can definitely leave a sour note for a lot of people, especially since they have known about this issue for going on 6 months now.

RCL Customer Service will ONLY be able to offer you the price that is currently advertised, they see the same thing you do. There is no chance you will be able to bargain your way down to a price you saw in the past.

Are normal iced coffees included in the Deluxe package? Can you get them in Park Cafe on Harmony?
yes they are. Yes you can get them at Park Cafe. You can not get them at the standalone starbucks kiosk

The same person also told me that the 8th slot machine port side when entering the casino from the aft always pays out at 150%.

Oh and a big one i didnt mention, When the ship is moving it is using a LOT more electricity to power the azipods than when it is in port. Yes they are still running their engines to generate electricity but they do not have to use extra for propulsion.

Port Days:
1)You the customer pays the port fees.
2) You are off the ship not using your drink packages (unless its their destination)
3) You are not eating as much of their food when you are off the ship
4) They can give their crew more time off
Sea Days:
1) THey can make more money in the casino
2) They have to feed us all 9 times a day (Oh maybe 9 is just me)
3) They serve drinks all day

I would like to know how many they are actually selling per cruise. We purchased it on our upcoming Liberty cruise and if they are selling as many as possible then Ill cancel it. Why spend that kind of money if EVERYONE is going to have the same perks? Makes absolutely no sense.
I was told on Allure (yes its a bigger ship) they sold 250 KEYS. This is why they are having such issue with the embarkation day dining. Between CHOPS / GIOVANNIS they cant handle all these KEY members plus the UNLIMITED Dining folks.
25.00 a day for these perks does seem like a lot, especially when you can get chops lunch for 21.99 on the cruise planner (Yes it comes with Internet but the lunch is only on embarkation day).

Just projecting my fears....but I will not be surprised when we hear that Diamond members are being restricted to 3 drinks per night - in or out of the Lounge. I feel like that’s coming. Not sure if that will happen in the Concierge/Suites lounges or not since Suites guests are not given the 3 free drinks/night outside of the Lounge. Maybe it will happen there, too, eventually.
If this does happen, it will not affect us greatly as Dan has recently given up drinking any alcohol and I have never had more than 1 or 2, at the most, of any Lounge beverage. But if it does happen, I predict significant thrashing and gnashing.
It will likely happen but then it will become a price war instead of a cruising with RCL because of loyalty. Short term gain, long term pains.
This is happening right now with DELTA selling their first class seats for dirt cheap instead of giving them as upgrades to their Diamond, Plat, Gold elite groups. Delta used to give away approx 70% of their first class seats now its down to 13%.
Because of this my spend on delta has went down about 70% this year as I take whatever airline gets me somewhere fastest.

I would also add that facial hair, especially mustaches below the nose will be troublesome if you want a good seal.
