Ok, here's the thing.  I'm going to say this, even if indelicately. Because i do think that some here can relate, even if you're not responding. 

Once you've been fat, your head always thinks you're fat. I'm down about 28 pounds from my previous blog (which is a lot on my 5 foot  2.5 inch frame). I have another 20 pounds to go before I'm comfortable again. This cruise is definitely derailing that progress, and I'm struggling with that. I absolutely DO have a nutritionist (Her name is Paige so i don't have to keep typing nutritionist) that i text all the time (Batman just doesn't believe I'm doing so this late ATM). 

You have to find what works for you. Diets don't work for me. I do intermittent fasting 20:4, which means i only eat in a 4 hour window and Berberine helps.  A lot.  It's impossible to be strict on a cruise, nor should you. 

I've been telling myself that one week isn't the end of the world and I'm fine (Paige and i had that convo many times since she's an avid cruiser too and has the same issues). I'm doing ok letting myself relax. The problem is that my stomach has shrunk and literally 4 French fries fill me anymore.  Lord knows I'm making up for it in liquid calories.  I'm really struggling with the food waste I'm advancing.

If anyone can relate, just know you are not alone.

Let me knock out dinner last night before i lose my charge. 

Unpopular opinion, but i do like Jamie's better than Gio's. I know the partnership with Jamie's ends soon and it will all be Gio's, but it sounds like they are going to revamp the menu when that happens.

Those were my famous last words when I left Cabash underwear home! Thank goodness he had an extra pair and we had a Carolina store inside the port on our next stop. 🤦‍♀️

Oh wow, I'm the same Jamie's over Gio's all day every day!!  I love Jamie's.

Please charge that phone!!

i too love jamie’s over gio’s table (but maybe kitchen will be okay).

I ❤️ how Batman is blog famous for this and doesn't even know it. 

For the record, I've seen his undergoodies this cruise so i can confirm with certainty he has them!

And hello from the armpit of the Bahamas. Actually, unless you're a private island, i hate the Bahamas in general. Also, I'm swyping on my phone and my keyboard's first choice for "private" was "perverted." That would have been an unfortunate mistake. Unless you're a perverted island .... Where is Epstein Island anyway?

This far, only the rock climbing wall on our side (Starboard) has been open. Batman thinks it's because it's both the beginner wall and the advanced wall and can handle 3 climbers at a time, with 🔔 half way up, as well as at the top.

The port side one only has 2 and only 🔔 at the top, none midway.

Some of us 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ either don’t cruise enough or are in a star class bubble to remember the difference between the two. 🤣 I think Giovanni’s was on Oasis and Jamie’s was on Anthem and HM. No idea what’s on Allure 🤦‍♀️
