The vitality cafe - usually around the area where the spa or gym is - has some and according to the menu linked below - yes! they are included in the refreshment and deluxe beverage packages.

Only Oasis class ships have the vitality cafe

They also know that the first serious outbreak onboard will result in a lot of negative press and a lot of potential lawsuits!
This is an interesting point. I wonder how much of their restrictions are due to the American 'sue first' mentality. This has to be the reason behind all the confusing and convoluted requirements. Its all for covering their ass.

Just let everyone cruise. I really do not care if COVID positive peeps are on the ship or not - hint hint they are already on every cruise. As long as the bars are open...
People with colds and other communicable diseases have always been allowed to cruise. A woman ,in the casino, was coughing up a lung for hours the other day. Didn't slow me down at all.
I agree with you to a point. I honestly don't care who is vaxxed and who is not but I do feel that people who are sick should not be cruising. A woman coughing up a lung wouldn't slow me down either, it would speed me up to get the hell away from her!

I'm a little frustrated that as I still need a test for my 7 night Navigator cruise next month but whatever, I've done it for the last 5........

This is exciting news! I have already started looking at replacing our RC sailing for next May with a cruise on NCL. Pricing, even with the FCC we have would be close when we add in the drink packages we have to buy with RC. Not doing anything yet, but I am glad to know we have this option now.
Next May is a long time away as far as protocols go. If you look backwards 9 months and where the industry was then is nothing like where it is now. NCL was 100% vaccinated (no one under the age of approved vaccines was allowed to sail) and they were testing everyone at the terminal on embarkation day. Royal had vax and unvax zones. Masks were required everywhere onboard.
Hopefully by next May there will be zero restrictions and we will all be cruising in harmony.

Canadian gov't would have to do the flagging. RC wouldn't/shouldn't have access to that data.
We had to show our QR code in order to proceed to check in at the terminal. Those who didn’t have it complete were directed to the side to complete it before proceeding.

It appears that Oasis class is still by far the favourite class. Quantum class surprised me with the poor showing. Will be interesting to see how Icon class is received.

We are sailing Sept 1st on Adventure. Two of the ports are listed as Canada.
Will we need the Arrive CAN forms completed in order to go on an excursion?
How far in advance should they be submitted?
Will they give us the forms on the ship - or do we fill them out before we board?
You will need to fill out the ArriveCAN app regardless of wether you leave the ship or not. You will need to do it before boarding the ship.
The tourism boards in Canada are pushing the government to get rid of this useless requirement but as with all things government it will not happen quickly.

The most terrible, horrible, overcrowded cruise experience hasn’t returned. The mass exodus from muster drills on Vision, Radiance, Voyager & Freedom class ships.I would always hang outside for a good 30 minutes and let the crowds disperse
So true! What a horrific experience that was. I used to feel the vacation didn't start till after the muster drill, now it starts the second I step on board.

Yes, I did it solo.
The slide on Liberty does not allow solo. Navigator does, or did when I sailed her soon after the amplification.
Thats great news! I didn't think you could but I saw a video on IG last night of a solo rider. I thought maybe it was a special circumstance for a 'promotional' video. We are on Navigator next month but my wife isn't too interested in riding it so hoping I can go solo.
-
Does anyone know if you can ride solo on this slide or is it only double tubes?
What is the combined weight limit for 2 riders?

I would just sleep there if you want one, all taken by 6:00am on our July mariner sailing. If you want a seat in the solarium get there by 7am, and don't expect to put stuff out and leave. The pool enforcer removes peoples belongings after 30 minutes until about 10am, then apparently its ok to leave your stuff all day. Not sure what's so special about 10am?
Thats great that the 30 minute limit for leaving belongings is being enforced!
