    Couple of observations....
All the people who "reported" Melody was definitely the name....just further evidence cannot trust the rumor mill implicitly. I really like the name. I get Disney has a ship called Wonder, but half the ships in the cruise industry share names (Carnival Liberty, Liberty of the Seas, etc).  Ultimately, it doesn't matter. Yes, I'm disappointed I wont be able to sail on her anytime soon since she's going to China. Alas, the first four Oasis Class ships came to USA, so we're still doing pretty good. I really, really like the new design, especially the upper decks. Looks futuristic.

We did this excursion in 2017.  It was not as exciting as the Amazing Secret River at Playa del Carmen (a Cozumel excursion that requires the ferry to the mainland), but it was more interesting than our recent raft trip in Lake Bacalar (Costa Maya excursion).  The physical effort is moderate, as discussed by@DandA .    If you want a knock-your-socks-off experience, this isn't it, but it is somewhat interesting.  The bus ride to the jungle was a bit long, about 45-60 minutes.

We did it with a private vendor when on a carnival ship about 5 years ago.  I recall having to walk a good little bit (not a major walk, but not a mere 100 yards either).  What I remember most was the crappy water shoes they provided.  I did not have any and they provided the wet suit style water shoes.  My feet do not do well on rocky paths with small and medium sized stones as the path had.  I found the walk to be rather painful for my feet.  Take your own waterproof (or you don't care they get wet) shoes with good padding, and you should be fine.

The one we did was the jaguar cave tubing and jungle trek.  I believe it was supposed to be about 1/2 thru the jungle, you have to carry your own tube.  The path is mostly hard pack sand/gravel and the trek was relatively flat.  Hardest part was you will have to cross a creek/river water is 2-2 1/2 feet deep and walk down then up a flight of wooden steps.  The steps had the potential of being slippery and I think it was a bit rocky after the steps going up.  The float down the river is slow and easy.  The walk out was short.  Depending on when you get there they may feed you before or after, we ate before. Chicken, rice plate.  They have a DJ playing music and you can purchase drinks there; they also have a souvenir place.  We are middle 60"s and pretty active and didn't have any problems with it.

MotleyCruiser got a reaction from J-Ro in Alaska out of Seattle or Vancouver?
I loved Seattle as a teen. I would visit my Aunt and Uncle in Washington and Seattle was always the highlight for me so when I booked an Alaska Cruise in 2017 for Sept of 2018 Seattle was a no brainer for me. I have never been or want to go to Vancouver.
As an adult I still love Seattle BUT a couple grown up things that turned me off a little bit.  Airport is WAY outside Seattle and even a Lyft was pricey. Speaking of Pricey, Seattle in a whole is expensive. $40.00 for two for lunch is not out of the question. I'm talking sit down restaurants for burgers. Hotels are expensive... use the EXPRESS DEAL option on Priceline.com like @Matt always suggest (single greatest suggestion ever)
If you plan on Seattle a get in town a few days early...get the City Pass to save cash on sightseeing.

Nope, can all be done with the app
Though I do still like to have the paper ones in my carry on just in case my phone lets me down.
I use the 10c school folder method. I print every itinerary AND conformation...along with photocopies for passport & DLs, put everything on the right side and as the trip goes along all used docs got to the left side of folder. OCD at it's best.

Just except that it is chaos and will take longer than you want to and longer than it should.
I am an over planner and insist on it being as simple as possible.  I rented with Budget. Your result may vary.
I rented at MCO airport ….next morning dropped wife and child at the ship...dropped car at Budget on the main drag in Cocoa by myself. when shuttle pulled up I jumped in the front seat with no bags at all. met up with family. I didn't want to drag around people and luggage.  UGH!
returning ...did the opposite...went solo to get rental car ...Budget shuttle pulls up to specific location.... hopped in front seat. Drop off...I was first one out and beat everyone to the line at counter. got car got fam. easy breezy.

So to take a guess..  With Oasis 5 arriving 2021. Liberty Of The Seas re positioning to West Coast in 2021 (7 night Mexican Riviera) and Oasis moving to Galveston, TX.

I am also on the sailing this Sunday and I appreciate this advice. I had a feeling that 12-3 was just a suggestion/estimate similar to check-in times where I'm told to get there at 1:30.
I think I will arrive my normal 10/10:30 and expect to wait for a longer period of time. Thanks!

In short, no, the dress code you see listed in the Cruise Compass applies only to the main dining room.
Specialty restaurants have their own dress codes, which supersede the main dining room dress code.

Many times you will find their secret stash 'under' the trash liner in the pail....but I'm a guy and would have dumped the trash on the floor and used the liner that was in there too.

Escalate is the corporate buzz word you need to use. Tell the tier one person (typically the first person you speak with) that you need to escalate this to on onshore (USA)supervisor. They changed your cabins to accommodate someone else or someone else's mistake. They can undo it too.
