So, I'm amazed I haven't seen anything on the blogs regarding this incident.
A Charleston man with dementia got separated from his family in Cozumel last Wednesday
and still hasn't been found. His family (daughter, primarily) is afraid that he may be hurt and
without aid.

I've been trying to talk myself into another late Feb cruise next year, but I just can't justify the ridiculous prices.
Then, when you add in all the other stuff you have to pay for (don't think the local hotels aren't aware), it's jut too high.
And we just turned Diamond on our Wonder cruise last month. I may never see those benefits.
Maybe it's time for us to take that trip back to Germany that we've wanted.

I can empathize with the OP.
I'm an easy cruiser, as we only go about once a year and between this board and a lot of RC Facebook pages, I can keep up
with most any of the specials or discounts. I'm sure my TA is crazy busy, and no, I can email her and not hear anything until
the next day or even 2 days, but that's usually because I let her know if it's hot or not.
I had 2 MEI TAs that I just didn't mix well with; this doesn't mean they're not great TAs, as MEI is nothing but a first-rate company,
it just means we didn't gel. Then I found Beth and am super happy with her. She never rushes me when we're talking on the phone,
even though I know she has LOTS of folks to care for.
I just recommend that you ask for another agent. It's up to you, but when the doodoo hits the fan and you've been on the phone with
Royal for a few hours, you may regret not having one.
P.S. - If you aren't already, I highly suggest joining the Royal Caribbean Blog Insiders. It's a small investment, and not only do you learn
from lots of genuine, friendly, and seasoned cruisers, but you have access to some awesome Insider info. If you're super lucky,
you may someday get to cruise with Tony Diaz (well, except on the **** of the Seas!).

Now THIS is what I'm talking about!!

On the RCB group cruise on Wonder in Dec '22, we did a bar crawl and I'm 98 3/4% sure that the Irish Car Bomb annhilated me. I can drink my liquor, but mixing with a beer, even a Guinness, is just a bad idea.
Gimme a dozen Patron shots instead!!!
Travel mercies to all of y'all going home.

I adore your Blogs, but I always feel like I've fallen into the Bougie Pit!!
I just made Diamond on our last cruise so haven't even tasted it yet, but I'm like 98 3/4% sure I'll never get to sail in a suite, much less the one you guys are in. My personal genie sounds magical.

We were so blessed on our Wonder cruise week before last - nary a drop of rain to be found! PDCC was so great, even the balloon was flying. That pic of the thruster-buster day makes me sad.

I'll preface this with the proud declaration that I've lost (well, had lost) 34 pounds since Dec, so my appetite isn't nearly what it has been all of my life.
I have always gotten the 3 Night Specialty deal but it never went down, so we ate in the MDR (deck 3, table 214 (Ni and Godwin)) every night, save two (Solarium Bistro (outstanding) and the jammer (pretty good).
After reading so many negative reviews, especially after BMC (big menu change), regarding MDR food, my bar was set very low and I was prepared to just skip it and eat in the WinJamerr all week. But, to my happy surprise, I thought the food was great! I mean, of all the courses we had, only one thing was not good, and that was the prime rib and it was just too grisly to eat.
We usually opted for 3 appetizers (the onion soup may have been the best) and 3 desserts to share. The creme brulee was fabulous, as always. I wish I could remember more details, but the food coma I was in all week degraded my memory (along with the Patron/Grand Marnier margaritas).
Service was fast, efficient, and excellent.
I did make the cardinal mistake of weighing myself the other day, and now I'm angry with myself for losing my food/drink discipline. I gained 12lbs, which is so much more than usual. I usually don't gain at all. All of the alcohol and food has made my legs super swollen, and I know a lot of my new tonnage is in them.
So, my motto is "Don't believe everything you read on the internet" because it was waaay better than I was led to believe.

YAYYYY!
I love your blogs so much!
We were on Wonder last week, and this week has annihilated me, so I haven't been here all week. Luckily I saw your post on Instagram so I had to run over here. So glad it's only page 3 and I can try to keep up. I hope the four of you have a fabulous sailing!!!

When I first saw the title, I thought this was going to be about the newer class of small ships.

Question about Hooked (we didn't eat there on WoS last Dec) - can you get more than one entrée at a seating?

So far, nothing still.
Looking for internet, a better DBP, and probably a 3-night specialty dining, but
none of them have come down at all. Trying to be patient.

The sale is only for cruises through the end of 2024.
2025 cruises will be part of next year's BF sale.
Sorry, y'all - I should have been clearer.
Our Wonder sailing is 2/25/24
Nothing new this morning....

That's such BS - they know that 90% of readers are going to see "60% off" and jump on the meager sales. Otherwise, if it were
such a good deal, 100% of readers would it.

We've stayed at the Radison for 7 of our 8 cruises, and have always enjoyed it.
It is getting so expensive, though. I have a friend who lives close by and I think
I'll see about staying the night before our next cruise in Feb and ubering to the port.
He works at KSC and has offered, so I think I'm going to take him up on it.

I wish it worked like that with the school board lol. Give me 6 years and I can be like @WAAAYTOOO and go whenever! In fact, come join me on my “Hell To the Bell” cruise. It will be the September when I am totally free
If only.
Living in Charleston; September is big hurricane season and if one visits, I need to be home just in case.
Besides, I am totally unworthy of sailing with you all until I do a suite sailing!!!
-
Dang - is no one on here sailing Wonder on 2/25?
Come on, Suite Life Queen - grab hubby and the girls!!! Just tell the school board that you have better things to do!
And I agree about WayToooooooooo - she and hubby are awesome peeps.

Alright, folks - here we go!!!

Man, this was such a great show. Person of Interest
Sorry, this doesn't help you one bit. I will say that I trust Royal more than I do the government.
