I will join in on the TA All The Way crowd but I will also note that all TAs are not equal.  Many, many, many people start looking for a TA and are attracted by OBC or free goodies (specialty dining, etc.).  Be careful !  Those that hand out trinkets are not always the best "reservation managers" as @smokeybandit put it.  I'm not suggesting that all big box agencies are awful, but some are.  If you are looking for personalized, responsive and reliable service, I recommend a TA NOT from one of the big box/online agencies.  We have used MEI in the past and highly recommend them.

I don't mind an increase in gratuities, but what I do mind is that they are increasing and taking away services. Staterooms are cleaned once per day now and they want me to tip more. 
I know that is a FWP for me the consumer to want fresh towels 2x per day but it is cruise standard, so I would like it done if I am paying more.
I generally leave more money in the stateroom after the cruise anyway, but this kind of irritates me. 

The rules have changed recently on groups- you may want to call Royal Caribbean today. I don't want to alarm you but you may be in danger of losing the whole group. I am not 100% sure when the change goes into effect. 

I was able to call and speak to them and they said the only thing that would be affected are our benefits as a group. Whoever else is paid up is not in danger of losing their booking thankfully.

You don't need anything in the booklet printed, unless you want them, of course. We print the luggage tags and usually the itinerary page. But other than that, its mostly legal mumbo jumbo

Remember that the aliens gave us AirTag technology. It is basically impossible to lose something in 2023 unless you want it to get lost.
