What are your best tricks for getting the absolute cheapest price for a suite?
Book early, reprice....any other good tricks?
1. Figure out what parameters I'm looking for.
2. Email Kathy G. at MEI with the information from step #1.
3. Enjoy the rest of my afternoon.
4. Provide CC# for the deposit the next day.

I'm hoping that MTD works better for my family than traditional dining times. We're a late dinner family (8ish on weeknights, later on weekends). I did MTD so we wouldn't have to eat at 5pm, because that is just way too early for any of us to want a big meal. MTD seemed like the only way to get main dining room dinner after 7pm.
You sound like an ideal candidate for traditional dining's second seating (8:00 PM).

Does anyone know how strict they are/ how they check children’s ages for this excursion? We have one just shy of the cut off but really want to go on this excursion.
If your child doesn't meet the age requirement, odds are the Cruise Planner won't even allow you to book it.

My offer still stands of King Louie VIII on me at some Champaign Bar to @twangster (or anyone else on these boards) if they can explain where all of this money has gone year after year….after year…after year.

Hello All, We will be going on Oasis of the Seas here first of April. This will be our fist time on a Royal Caribbean ship. Without going into details, the wife is on a very high protein diet. We are looking to see what's on board of the ship for protein drinks, or if we can bring ours onboard? If were able to bring onboard our own Protein sports drink, what is the limit of such? is it safe to say 24 pack like water?
Again, thanks in advance,
ESB2835
As @Matt mentioned, you can absolutely bring your own shakes on board as part of your 12 bottle allotment. Oasis' Vitality Cafe also offers pretty good protein shakes for purchase on board.

Based on absolutely no knowledge, I'm guessing that perhaps not enough new cruisers knew what "The Key" was nor did they click through to learn. Everyone gets at least the main idea of what a VIP pass is.

When lobsters are on sale at grocery stores, these are usually the ones they’re selling. Larger lobster will have, not only larger claws and tails, but substantial meat in the body itself. There are also one clawed lobsters called culls.

2- When people don't realize a bathroom stall is occupied and proceed to tug on the handle of every stall. If it is red, it is occupied. (Yes, sometimes the colors are not accurate, but I honestly prefer a knock than someone trying to barge in.)
This one made me chuckle, because it always makes me curious as to what sadistic individual made the colors red and green represent stop and go when red-green colorblindness is one of the most common forms, including some types that not only makes it difficult to see the difference, but they cannot differentiate them at all. FWIW, the same sicko is probably responsible for choosing red and green to represent the opposite sides of ships and navigable waterways the world over.

Thank you. How do I look at "past cruise compasses" ? Sorry if I sound ignorant. A bit of an amateur here.
Not at all, there's a TON of info to sort through here! It's great stuff, but can be a bit overwhelming at first.

That specific excursion just showed up in my CP less than 12 days from sail date...
Sorry to impose, but would be able to post a screenshot of the description/overview by any chance?

For my Costa Maya visit on a Feb 11 sailing I only have Kohunlich & Dzibanche Mayan Ruins as the options. There is a tubing option also called Tubing Adventure on Bacalar Seven Color Lagoon.
Hmm, given how close your sailing is, that makes me wonder if the Chacchoben excursion will turn up after all. I do have the Kohunlich & Dzibanche options on my CP as well as a Tubing and a River Rafting option on Bacalar (we've booked the river rafting as a place holder in case Chacchoben doesn't show up). Thank you for the feedback!

I've seen a few people reference this tour and give it high marks, but as of now it is not appearing in my Cruise Planner. I anticipate that it will probably show up as the summer draws nearer, but could I possibly ask anyone that is currently seeing it to post a screenshot of the description of either the Chacchoben or Chacchoben & Blue Lagoon excursions? TIA!

We are now looking for a snorkel / beach option. Three months out and still nothing on the RCL app. Any recommendations for a snorkel tour?
I don't have a suggestion, but just wanted to say that my Cruise Planner suddenly has eight new excursions for Costa Maya that coincidentally appeared the day after the New Year's sale ended. Granted, there'll be 15 more sales between now and August, but still. In any event, you may want to check again today, you may have some fresh choices available.
Pros and Cons of using Air2Sea ?

Often times you have to book Air2Sea after booking. If you book your cruise far enough out that airline itineraries aren't published yet, they won't be able to book you.
