Booked a guaranteed 6D Ocean View with balcony in Dec., today I got my stateroom assignment in a 2B Spacious Ocean View with balcony. 

Cozumel:  We were on a Jeep Experience excursion. The tour leader was difficult to understand at times, his English was broken and heavily accented. We were at a lunch stop and I walked out into the surf near where our guide and some fellow excursioners were. They were talking and laughing and I suddenly realized that the guide was speaking better English than me. Turns out he was born in California, was a student at UCLA, and Spanish was actually his second language. This was his job during the summer. He told us he chose to work on Cozumel because while the "Mexican Riviera" was much closer to home it was also much more dangerous. Your local, native tour guide just might be something else.

While many of my fellow "shipmates" were dodging hucksters and pickpockets in Nassau, those were the days we could enjoy the pools best.

In December I booked our 8/3/19 cruise for a Catagory 6D Ocean View stateroom with balcony. As I have said before that is just fine for the 2 of us anymore. Today I got my stateroom assignment in a Catagory 2B Spacious Ocean View with balcony. We didn't really need this small upgrade but I'm not gonna turn it down either. 106 days to go.

I'd be afraid of the answer I would get to " Does this kilt make me look fat?"

I like to see military members in dress uniforms, they almost always look sharp. If my wife sees a handsome naval officer in dress whites she starts to breathe funny, gets the shakes and begins to mumble.

I understand Tide Pods have been added to the menus for the gallant cruisers.

I turn Lobster Night into Surf & Turf by adding the beef specialty to the tails.

1. We can only do one at at time as there are way too many variables in our lives to be able to plan too far ahead. That doesn't mean I don't have some future ones in mind but I don't pull the trigger until I have the last one under my belt.

I would assume you could bring a six pack onboard with you since it would be in the allowable beverage description for carry-on.
