You can definitely carry these on yourself, but staterooms may not be available until the afternoon so you would be carrying/rolling all of your bags with your around the ship until then.

You can consume your carry on wine anywhere you'd like.  Same for the soda.  No one is going to stop you and ask where it came from.

You could get 1 casita and get 2 lounge chairs right next to the casita. Members of your group could rotate between them throughout the day.

Just off Symphony with a COSTCO reservation and when I used the NextCruise desk I filled out the paperwork and had the 2 new cruises moved to MEI and my agent Beth.  The cash card is not worth it for never getting ahold of them and Beth is so responsive to calls and emails.  

Not the OP, but I heard the ones that cross into Canada have been cancelled. I'm booked on the 2hr, 45m "A White Pass Scenic Railway" aka the most basic train ride RC sells. As of now, that one is still on, but that one only gets to the very edge of the Yukon border and turns back around, so it wasn't affected by any of the border crossing rules. Hopefully ours isn't cancelled for some other reason!
Edit: And while on this topic, we've since booked the Endicott Arm glacier boat tour. That one I believe can only be booked through RC, since you go from the ship right into a smaller boat and back on. I think you can find tour operators in Juneau who will take you to the glaciers, but this tour is an alternative to sitting on the ship and viewing the glacier.

I also had the White Pass Railway and Skagway Highlights excursion. Received the following email yesterday from RC. It will now be a round trip within U.S. I have never been on this train (never been to Alaska)... For those who have been, is it worth keeping it even though it never leaves U.S.? Shall I keep it?

I can't remember the exact title, but it was the one that did cross into the Yukon and included a visit with sled dog puppies.

I would think you’d have the option to select which passengers’ refreshment package you want to cancel.  But if not, I would suggest calling to avoid any issues.

Bionic bar excels at making bad drinks. Bad drinks are harder to find with human bar tenders.

I highly doubt Royal installed a really fancy industrial grade scale, but even if they are using the cheapest bathroom scale available, I'm sure its accurate enough for this purpose.  Everyone's weight fluctuates up and down a few pounds throughout the day or week.  If you weighted 299 lbs, I understand why you would be concerned that you might be turned away.  However, at 279 lbs, I would be very confident about riding without any issues.  Congratulations on your weight loss and enjoy your trip!
