I think I'd book this cruise for the food alone - holy smokes!!!! I'd buy a dining package and eat at Hot Pot every night.
 
 

The bungalows are currently there at South Beach, but that doesn't mean it won't change once they begin construction on the over the water cabanas and Beach Club areas.  That could be the reason they aren't showing in the cruise planner at all.  They may feel construction would interfere with the enjoyment or they will have removed them.  South Beach is the last area that will be completed and with the waterpark almost done, they may turn the focus on that area next and close it off.

Costa Maya..the port area is massive and although it's a very theme park-ified version of a port, there is a lot to keep you entertained within the confines of it including a pool.  It is also extremely easy to walk through the port to the taxi area and for $4 per person take a tram shuttle ride to Mahahual where you can walk the boardwalk along the beach and grab drinks or some food at any of the beachfront restaurants or resorts.  Then just hop a taxi back to the port when you're done.

Roatan for me as the port shopping area is not very big and there's hardly anything outside of the port that is within easy walking distance.

Yes, you will be able to order these drinks from the wait staff.  They will usually take your card when you order.  There used to be dedicated drink waiters but now it's handled by the waitstaff, so it may take longer than one would expect to receive their drink.  I would suggest swinging by a bar on the way into the MDR and grabbing a drink.  Then go ahead and order another one when they take your order in case it takes awhile.

Soda in the Diamond Lounge comes from cans.  You can get mixer juices but you are going to be limited to what they have on hand.
Soda at other venues where you want to redeem your coupons will most likely be from a can as well but some bars do have the soda guns and sometimes they end up using 2-liters.

I emailed C&A and asked them if the Diamond happy hour drink coupons loaded on your account can be shared.  They answered yes.
Just be aware that it is a limited menu:
 
For example a vodka martini will be made with New Amsterdam vodka.  If you prefer Grey Goose that is not covered.
The wines are specific wines, not any of that variety.  They tend to be inexpensive wines.  
At a bar asking for bottled water as a Diamond happy hour drink counts as one of your 3 nightly drinks. 
In the Diamond Lounge a drink doesn't count against your 3 nightly drinks.

Well, we finally made it down to Miami.  Had two standing reservations with Enterprise for a minivan this morning. Got to Enterprise and no minivans.  Had to wait a little bit for one to be brought in.  Did a little trunk Tetris with the luggage and made the 7-hour drive to Miami.  Uneventful other than traffic..but expected cuz Miami and before a big travel holiday..blah blah blah.
Our hotel is the Hampton Inn and Suites Brickell.  Great location if you are flying as it's about 2 blocks from the Metrorail from the airport.  It is downtown Miami so of course not optimal if you're driving because you have to pay to park..so we checked in, ditched the luggage and drove out to the airport to drop off the rental.
$14 Lyft or $2.25 Metrorail...hmmmm tough choice there.  Now, I don't live in a big city so public transportation is a novelty and I embrace it whenever I can.   Rode the 'Rail back and then hit up the gastropub next to the Hampton.
Now our hotel rate came with coupons for drinks at two bars.  One was this gastropub called Batch.  We hit it up and I got their house Black Barrell draft.  It tasted like KY Bourbon Stout but much, much lighter.  We order some eats..and they made mac and cheese out of gnocchi.  This was amazing comfort food and totally worth the hipster we serve grain bowls and avocado toast prices.  The wings were alao good and the Brussels sprouts were also a hit.
Annnnnd..ladies drink free sangria and well drinks from 10pm-1am.  Whaaaaaaat?  So remember that if you stay downtown Miami on Friday night..Batch in Brickell..look them up!  Currently waiting on my free sangria in plastic cups to take it back to the hotel.
Another bonus... @CGTLH paid the dinner tab...haha, sucker.

There's really no overlap between The Key and Diamond benefits other than priority embarkation, so it really depends on if it would be worth it for the other benefits (embarkation lunch, dedicated activity times, reserved section at shows, carry on luggage storage, internet package, etc.)

Old school flat iron for clothing...no heating element, so this form of a flat iron would be allowed too ?

They're 16oz aluminum cans most of the beers on board.  Miller Lite and Coors Light I know for sure fit the standard 12oz can koozies.  Michelob Ultra, Budweiser and Bud Light I are taller and skinnier, so they might need the bottle-sized koozie.  Or you could just drink faster...?
