We are a 4 (adult only) group; we got cancelled for the navigator ship on 2/24 and have 7 days now to spend in Orlando seeing as our flights are not refundable.

We are staying at the grove resort and are looking for things to occupy some of those days.. Any suggestions?

So many things to do in, and around Orlando..  Of course there are the theme parks as mentioned above... There are also several dinner theaters such as Medieval Times.  Also take a drive drown International Drive.. That's like the heart of the tourist district..  Lot's of places to eat and enough things to interest most tastes for entertainment..

Did you look at any other cruises...out of Port Canaveral...or Tampa....or even down to FLL or MIA..if  you are there for a week, you maybe able to make a 3 or4 or 5 day cruise work...just a thought.

I've just made a search and you still can board enchantment for a 4 nights starting the 25th. or oasis for a week on the 24th. I would call them and ask for some reductions of any kind!

If you like antiques or just like beautiful things you could visit the Charles Hosmer Morse museum in Winter Park.  I believe its the larger Tiffany museum in the world.  It has a large collection of Louis Comfort Tiffany's lamps, windows and glass.  Some of which are his personal collection from his home in New York.  Winter Park is a suburb of Orlando on the East side.

To keep it tropical, you can rent a car and go to Fort Myers. Drop the car and take the High Speed passenger ferry to Key West and spend a day or 2 in the conch republic.

Go east towards the Atlantic and hit up Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village.  Plenty to do in that area to take a day trip.

Go west towards the Gulf of Mexico and spend some time in St. Pete or Clearwater at the beaches there.  Tampa has a ton to do and see (Ybor City, Busch Gardens, the Zoo) and again it can be a day trip.  Hard Rock Casino is Tampa if you want to do a little (modified) gambling.

Areas to explore in Orlando..just Google them to see what they're about: Old Town (kind of boardwalk-ish with rides and kitsch), Church Street (downtown, lots of bars and nightlife), Winter Park (has some museums, parks and gardens and Park Avenue is cute to walk around for shopping and restaurants).
