Pay Remaining Balance?

Imagine my surprise when I went to the my cruise dashboard today and the button for "Pay Remaining Balance" was lit up. I paid off my cruise a couple of months ago and that button has been dark since then. I am assuming it is a technical glitch because when I clicked on it (a few times), I received a message about connectivity being lost (or something like that). Anyone else have this? If it doesn't mysteriously go away. I will call RCL tomorrow.

I had the same thing happen last week for a cruise that had been paid off for months.  I asked Michelle to look into it for me and Royal had boggled the gratuities.  It is a Star Class Cruise and the grats are included in the price so she had to work with them to get it squared away.  It took a couple of days which sort of surprised me. Seems like that should be something easy to fix. Whatever.  My advice is to get it fixed. You don’t want to give Royal any excuse to cancel your cruise due to nonpayment....especially if you got a good deal on the fare.

Yikes! We have been reading more and more of these reports lately. It's so frustrating! Have you made any purchases/refunds to your cruise planner since you made final payment? Please come back and let us know how this gets resolved.

I did make some purchases, cancellations, and rebooking of drink packages, but that was over a month ago. It has shown a $0 balance since Feb up until today.......and now it is gone woohoo Royal IT

My anecdotal observations from reading various posts is that it's the cruise planner purchases and refunds that keep causing this problem. Their system is awful. So yours is fixed now? The amount owing just disappeared on its own?
