Al Horner Posted February 10, 2019 Report Share Posted February 10, 2019 Imagine my surprise when I went to the my cruise dashboard today and the button for "Pay Remaining Balance" was lit up. I paid off my cruise a couple of months ago and that button has been dark since then. I am assuming it is a technical glitch because when I clicked on it (a few times), I received a message about connectivity being lost (or something like that). Anyone else have this? My payments are processed by the agency and i can't pay direct using the website even i wanted to. Royal IT... the mystery continues. WAAAYTOOO Posted February 10, 2019 Report Share Posted February 10, 2019 I had the same thing happen last week for a cruise that had been paid off for months. I asked Michelle to look into it for me and Royal had boggled the gratuities. It is a Star Class Cruise and the grats are included in the price so she had to work with them to get it squared away. It took a couple of days which sort of surprised me. Seems like that should be something easy to fix. Whatever. My advice is to get it fixed. You don’t want to give Royal any excuse to cancel your cruise due to nonpayment....especially if you got a good deal on the fare. I clicked on the link and it correctly showed no remaining/outstanding balance due. The next day, and up to this point, it was no longer an active link and was grayed out.
