If you get 2 of the same type of drink (like your 2 lattes example) it looks like you are trying to use your package to get drinks for multiple people which is against the rules.  However, if you bring 2 seapass cards showing each person has a package, you can get those 2 lattes without both people having to wait in line.

Here's how I presented my documents at PortMiami at check-in for Freedom.  I placed all the required documents in a rigid document pocket.  It literally took me seconds to go through every screening station.  There were 3-4 of them

You have to wait until T-24 hours from your arrival time.  
If you have a 2pm arrival time then wait until 2pm the day before. 
The email comes before the actual time it will work in the app. 
I am cruising tomorrow and received the email a few hours ago.  I can't answer the questions in the app until 4pm today because I chose a 4pm arrival time for check in.

We were there in August and had a family member who uses a wheel chair much like you and the scooter.  We were able to get off the ship push her chair along the paved walkways and then used a "beach wheelchair" for in the sand when the distance was too far for her to walk.  Royal was really helpful on the island making sure we were taken care of, so I bet you won't have any issues.

If you are over 70 (age restriction may vary) be very careful with selecting annual policies. For example, you're emergency evacuation coverage may be significantly less than what you might see on an auto-internet quote. That's just a start. The variables in coverage for cruiser over 70 are considerable. Lets say you have $100K emergency medical coverage on the policy disclosure. The fine print may state that benefit amount is for the entire period of the policy. If you have an event on your first cruise that costs $100K (not unusual for a serious medical condition that you need care for), you just used your entire benefit for the annual period. You're naked in that coverage for the remaining cruise in that year you might take
Policies for over 70 cruisers are still a good value. Just make sure you speak with a representative or agent of the company you are considering purchasing an annual policy from and make sure you understand the usually considerable coverage limitations that will be placed on such policies. Also understand what primary and secondary payee means in the policy you are looking at. This can get complicated when you make a claim.

If you have insurance you can schedule an antigen test at CVS with a quick same day turn around. There is no out of pocket cost if you have insurance. I am not sure where you live but you should google for the nearest CVS to your home, where you can sign up for an appointment. I did it for us yesterday at a CVS near us for an August 24th appointment. I immediately received email confirmation of the appointment. Where do you live?

What can I say...we're overachievers ?

We did the one on Oasis right before the shut down and had a blast (Literally-it is space themed!)  We had never done an escape room before, but we had a lot of fun!

17 minutes?!

I was on one of the last Mariner sailings prior to the shut down (Feb 24-28, 2020) and we conquered the Escape Room (with 17 minutes to spare)! Tons of fun ? It's really not any more expensive than an Escape Room you'd do on land. I thought it was worth the $$.
 

The escape room is a lot of fun. I've done it on a few ships now, and worth it every time.
As others said, it will be a bookable option via the Cruise Planner in the Onboard Activities section.

We did it on Mariner. It was fun. I found out I’m not good at Escape Rooms! Lol 
It is in a very small room (you go up a flight of stairs from Dazzles/Diamond Lounge/former Viking Crown) so I’d imagine if the virus is still a concern, they may not open it or limit the number of people. I think we had about 20 people.
