I have no opinion on the time of day really. But overall I think I like the idea of once per day.

@Sharla can you change a refundable to non refundable anytime before final payment?
You can- however that doesn't mean the price will be lower. It is still at the prevailing rate any time you do a price change. Recently the prices have increased so much closer to sailing that switching to non-refundable deposit will not help you at all.

This happens a lot. But you do not need the luggage tags; the porters will have extras handy.

I just searched the cruise and there looks to be plenty of availability, so I would say it's a glitch or Royal was just looking at inventory.

My Mac has always worked fine with the internet packages. I would take your computer down to the internet help desk.

@Sharla if someone "ditched you" for another travel company would you know it?
Nope!

If it's the same travel agency such as MEI then yes it can be seen by the first and second agent. If you're unhappy with your first agent you can asked to be reassigned, but that's only assuming that you're sticking with the agency itself.

Seems like it!

Have you seen the ships..... Rooms look like a glorified college dorm room, 1 what looks to be a maybe 12'x20' pool, 1 small hot tub that you could maybe fit 12 people in.. positioned for the Caribbean. Big Big Big swing and a miss.
Other parts of the ship maybe nice, food may be good, no kids would be nice, but the overall theme for me is a biggggg NOPE.
The food on Virgin is fantastic, and nothing is considered specialty, it's all included. I loved sailing on them. They aren't for everyone, that's for sure, but in some ways they really blow everyone else away.

This happens from time to time; your travel agent should be able to get it sorted out. Sometimes when there's FCC involved it's even worse. Unfortunately "Royal Math" is still wonky, but it is getting better as time goes on.

The easiest way to figure out if there's a price drop is to do a fake booking on the Royal Caribbean website
Wrong. The easiest way is to ask your TA to do it. But if you book on your own, then @Matt is correct.
Just make sure you're comparing apples to apples such as exact category, if you have refundable or non-refundable, and if you've added gratuities or travel protection. -

A motion-detected night light is awesome! Ones like these are magnetized on the back and will stick to the wall. https://www.amazon.com/WYZE-Rechargeable-Sensors-Bathroom-Stairway/dp/B09DZ4SQNZ/ref=sxts_rp_s_a_1_0?content-id=amzn1.sym.eff26b9b-e255-411b-a40d-eccb21f93fe4%3Aamzn1.sym.eff26b9b-e255-411b-a40d-eccb21f93fe4&crid=ZIOS35FBHA0W&cv_ct_cx=wyze+night+light+3+pack&keywords=wyze+night+light+3+pack&pd_rd_i=B09DZ4SQNZ&pd_rd_r=9eda9bd5-754e-4ecc-9119-c06e57bf5ec3&pd_rd_w=z2qMy&pd_rd_wg=weyfz&pf_rd_p=eff26b9b-e255-411b-a40d-eccb21f93fe4&pf_rd_r=5DG7RP6S1PTJ5GT7GRXB&qid=1672443310&sprefix=wy%2Caps%2C213&sr=1-1-5985efba-8948-4f09-9122-d605505c9d1e

FCCs for Royal Caribbean belong to the guest, not the travel agent.
If her credit card was charged by Delta Vacations then they could be correct, but if it was a charge by Royal Caribbean then that FCC should belong to her. She can look it up or a new travel agent can.

This must only be applicable on certain cruises as my MEI agent hasn't pulled me into any group rates to get OBC.
Correct, it's not all cruises that offer it.

we used MEI, but I think we booked this on our own and then moved it to MEI. There was not any OBC when we booked and MEI typically doesn’t give OBC and our TA hasn’t mentioned it, it’s just weird that it showed up.not a big deal, just curious. When this happened in the past a lot of fellow board users were seeing it and no one really had an answer then either.
The agent probably pulled it into a consortia group, free OBC for you! I do this all the time for clients, and I don't even necessarily tell them because if the OBC doesn't show up then it looks bad. But it's a nice surprise for most people!

The last time I did a transfer I used this:
https://rccl.secure.force.com/directtransfers/DTTRoyal
You will need the phone number their agency uses.
This is the same form we use- so either way works. If you don't know the agency phone number then just send the agent your info.

Yes you can transfer 30 days after booking.
Send her your ship, sail date, and reservation number and there's a quick form she can fill out. Very simple.
