Thanks Matt.  That makes sense.  Then everyone just creates their own accounts for other things (not check in) once on board? Wondering when I have my kids set up their accounts.

So here is our scenario...Family of four with two staterooms.  One adult and one minor in each room.  Reservations are linked.  I haven't used the app before to check in but I have read up on what is required.  I have downloaded it and familiarized myself it as well as connected it to my reservation number.  My question is do I just go ahead and check us all in on my app or does each family member do their own?  I know photos are required so I would think they would upload to their own accounts?  Just a little confused as how we transition from one app (mine) and then to the whole family having their own accounts once we are onboard for chatting and other things.  Anyone who's done this before with some advice would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Perhaps well before you go ashore one of you can occupy your son on the ship while the other decorates.

Agreed.  Included for Star Class but normally not with the UDP

I asked about this on Oasis (11/21).  The answer was “No, tapas are not includes in UDP”

Unless things have changed, the windjammer will be open, as sorentos pizza, but since covid I have not cruised, but have one booked.

I believe most of the specialty restaurants are closed while in port. I know that the casino and a couple of places were closed when we were on Allure in Oct.

In my experience the APP will only allow you to access one room, there does not seem to be multiple room capability.

The only way I know of is to ask guest services.  This is a straightforward request so it should be handled quickly.  Just bring all interested parties with you

How was the snorkeling?  Where did you go?

If I remember correctly, we were in the chill island area.  The snorkeling was ok, didn’t really see much, but that’s par for the course.  I’ve always just snorkeled at the private islands and never really seen anything great,  it still have fun.
 
we just did a snorkeling excursion in St. Thomas and didn’t see much there either.  The best place I’ve snorkeled was in Bermuda. There was a place across from the dock (about a 5 minute walk) and it was only $5 to enter for the day and I saw some amazing things there.

Update:  My confusion has been alleviated.  I checked in today and low and behold both cabins and all four of us were available to check in when I went to check myself in.  Previously, only my cabin was showing which is why I was confused on how to check in the rest of my family.  All good and super easy!

When we travel (4 adults in 2 cabins), I reserve online like that (how many cabins, 2, how many in each cabin, 2) and the reservations are automatically linked. In my app, for my August cruise, I have 2 listings for the 9 night eastern caribbean -- one with my name & my husband's, one with my daughters' names. Each cabin has a reservation #. Now, I haven't checked in using the app yet, but I imagine that if both reservations are listed, both can be checked in together.
