nrgMike got a reaction from MaryS in Bermuda cruise
Thanks for the links. I like doing it through the cruise line because they get you back in time even though they might be priced a little more.

Hi.
Researching Bermuda cruises. What type of excursions are there to do there? Also, I see it's docked 2 nights in Bermuda. Do you need to be back at a certain time the first night? Never seen that before.
Thanks
Michael

You can
- go to various beaches (done this)
- go to various caves (done this)
- take multiple different type of scenic boats rides to look at land, look at sea, look at sea floor (done this)
- go snorkeling
- go scuba
- go swim in dolphins (done this)
- take a sunset boat ride (done this)
- go fishing (done this)
- go....well basically anything you can do an island...you can do in Bermuda....many/most through RCCL or using a 3rd party
Try this if you don't have a reservation yet: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/findacruise/destinations/shoreExcursions/subGateWayByPort/search.do?LocationCode=KWB
Go to your cruise planner if you do have a reservation

nrgMike reacted to Ampurp85 in Cozumel vs Ensenada
I have been to both, just not on a cruise; I have done Mexico as a resort. In my book they are equal.
I normally do some sort of food tour, as I don't want to pay extra to do beach activities. We did an ATV in Cozumel and that was fun, but a good chunk of the excursions for both seem to be beach related.

nrgMike reacted to Matt in Cozumel vs Ensenada
Enesnada is on the west coast, which means a cruise from Los Angeles. Cozumel is on the east coast, so a cruise from Galveston, Florida or elsewhere.
In terms of what the ports offer, Cozumel is an island and has beautiful beaches and diving opportunities.
Ensenada is known for its wineries, a natural geyser, and of course plenty of bars.

nrgMike got a reaction from cruisellama in Cruise that doesn’t cruise
I wonder if RC has gone over the idea of just opening the ships up as a resort hotel that doesn’t cruise anywhere not sure if that falls under CDC guidelines. I’d be interested in that idea. Just a thought.

I can't understand how many people need that many plugs. I'm there for a vacation not to stare at a tablet or laptop

My pictures of an interior (with virtual balcony) from Navigator recently:

Cabin 9597.
No curtain.
I often do interior. Freedom, Liberty, Independence, Adventure, Explorer, Navigator all have virtually the same interior cabins in terms of size. Getting one without a connecting cabin should be a priority.
You could bring some magnets and a lightweight curtain with you. The ceiling is steel and magnets will stick to it.
