I was awarded my Royal Up 3 days prior to sailing and they still generated new luggage tags.  However, if you don't get them, simply don't use the old ones and have the porters tag your luggage with tags they manually fill in themselves with  your new room number.

I feel like they should invent some sort of bracelet or even a band that would make me say “wow!” To take the place of the key card. 😉

I traded an Owner's Suite on Empress for an Owner's Suite on Odyssey.  Win ?

On the Oasis, there is the suite sun deck forward...accessible to Sky and Star suites along with Pinnacle members. There are private cabana-type enclosures on the Suite deck forward overlooking the Solarium...first come, first serve. There is no hot tub...but there is a full bar! Lots of loungers and little clamshell daybeds. Towels are included. Plus, restrooms!

Does your test requiring driving to a testing site?
If so the test results may be the last of your worries... 

Anyone know if being less than sober, or significantly less than sober, affects Covid testing?

I'm confused why you believe Royal should be responsible for luggage lost by the airline.

I prefer 150 Central Park over both Chops and Wonderland.  When we were on Allure they brought us anything we showed the slightest interest in, lol.

It just takes time.  I suffer from it after every cruise for 14-21 days.  I haven't found anything that helps but time.

RC literally redirects you to the Optum store. Same price as Optum direct.  
EMed only offered a 6 pack.  Buy in bulk on EMed for a discount if you like. However the 6 pack would be overkill for some.  Two people going on a cruise don’t need a 6 pack so they can use Optum for their needs. Optum only offers 2 & 3 packs at a higher per unit cost compared to EMed. That’s on Optum, not Royal. 
Truthfully, Royal had been providing free tests for consecutive cruisers and international travelers on US home port sailings.  They are not and have not tried to turn testing into a profit item. 
I know you pride yourself on detailed and lengthy posts to support those details but you are wrong shaming Royal for Optum offering smaller packaging and charging more per unit then EMed does who only sells the 6 pack.
