Are you trying to change your room ?  This doesn’t sound right.  Repricing (if remaining in the same room) shouldn’t be about availability.

I literally booked a KSF cruise yesterday and repriced it today.  It was $200 less today; I called and they gave me the lower price without any issue.  They are supposed to honor it if the price is lowered, as long as it's before you make your final payment.

Some cruises have Bermuda as a single day port as part of their itinerary, but I prefer the overnights. I guess the cruise lines must save a lot of money on fuel charges by docking all that time and not being at sea. Also, since Bermuda approved cruise ships to operate their casinos while docked, there is more incentive for the cruise lines to remain overnight. Bermuda is one of my favorite destinations…clean, safe and welcoming. And not just certain areas. I’ve spent lots of time with friends exploring the island and always found beautiful places with welcoming locals. One of our best excursions is renting a small Boston whaler or a larger pontoon boat and just motoring around the Great Sound. Or renting Wave Runners steps from the ship and going on a tour. There are so many hidden places and small islands with little sandy beaches. A great excursion is the nighttime glass bottom boat tour of the sound. We always found the narration to be excellent and entertaining, and the views of the coral when they turn the under hull lights on is pretty cool. Or renting an umbrella and loungers at the Elbow Beach Resort. They have an excellent restaurant on the beach…Mickey’s Bistro. Or visiting Horseshoe Bay Beach…Tobacco Bay…Long Bay…Church bay…or any other beautiful pink sand beach. We even hiked the trail that connects most of the main beaches. You can visit the amazing Crystal and Fantasy Caves with underground lakes and spectacular rock formations. Or the Aquarium…don’t forget to stop at the Swizzle Inn for a Rum Swizzle. You can rent bikes and tour the old Bermuda Railway Trail National Park…eighteen miles of an old rail bed converted to a paved path with fantastic views. Or horseback ride the trail, or along a beach. You can take the ferry to Hamilton for great shopping and restaurants…or to historic St. George’s, the first settlement, with it’s narrow cobblestone streets lined with small shops. Even just the things around the Royal Navy Dockyard…the small beach, shopping at the Clocktower Mall, the historic Governor’s House, swimming with dolphins. There is lots to see and do in Bermuda. And knowing we don’t have to be back on board that same day gives us a sense of ‘take our time and enjoy’ that we don’t get when we have to keep an eye on the time to make sure we don’t become a dreaded ‘pier runner’! Or worse. Enjoy your cruise!

While both are true, it's much more the distance factor.  Bermuda is way out on its own in the Atlantic; many cruises that go there are just to Bermuda and back.  One of my favorite cruises out there was on Empress, when we got to do one night at the Naval Shipyard and two nights in Hamilton.  The one day we got off the ship in the morning at the shipyard, went on a bike tour and ate some lunch, then boarded the ship in Hamilton!  Being in port overnight for so long really changed the whole feel of the trip, we even saw some of the crew at one of the local bars in Hamilton one night!

Reef safe is important too! Some label it explicitly, some don't so check the ingredients. Avoid ingredients like Oxybenzone and Octinoxate.

I actually just called now and booked a comp with KSF. Had to pay a $200 upgrade fee to go from a 2 person Junior Suite to a 4 person Junior Suite. But still, only $666 for 4 in a JS with taxes and port charges included.

Total brain fart when I responded.  Yes, you are right.  I've called and gotten the lower price instead of canceling, but made sure I had the lower price documented just in case their pricing was different.

No need to cancel and rebook. Just call and have them reprice your booking. That way if you had cruise planner purchases, they wouldn't have to be rebooked.

Well, it's my first cruise as an adult. Went on a Carnival ship in 2001 with my parents, so it's very exciting. Just hit 45 days left, going on the Oasis of the Seas. I'm pretty excited to explore the ship. I remember having a lot of fun doing that as a kid. Also really looking forward to just getting to relax and have nothing to worry about for 7 days. I couldn't work or check email even if I wanted to since we are not getting an internet package.

We had an absolutely beautiful spacious room thanks to L & S from Rhapsody.  I would never have booked this otherwise. And there was storage everywhere!  I could have stored a small third world country in there!  Our room attendant, Fatoni, was terrific.  Especially the day my son discovered maybe unlimited was a little too much drinking.  He checked on him several times & brought him some coke to settle his stomach.  What can I say, sometimes you just have to learn for yourself 😄😄

Not a great review writer but will give it a shot!
After the stress and anxiety of Saturday, we headed to PC a little after 9:30 Sunday morning.  Arrived about 45 minutes later and pulled into the garage.  I have to say even though I knew she was big, I was not prepared for HOW BIG.  Harmony is a beast! Port workers a little rude (are you dropping off or not?!?!) so we drove past them. Gave our bags to the porters around the corner & parked on the second level.  A quick walk to the security area.
We had our passports and vax cards in a clear plastic holder easily visible and printed Set Sail pass & negative test results from CVS.  From turning into the garage til we were seated in the suites waiting area took maybe 15 minutes for the 4 of us including taking our pictures.  Could not have been quicker or easier. Ducks in a row folks!! Boarding opened right around 11 for suites and pinnacles (saw a few prominently displayed gold name tags 🙄 silly to me but hubby wants one!!) and after a few photos, we were on board!  Our first drinks on Rising Tide which became hubby’s favorite bar!

KSF does save money, but you need to compare apples to apples, meaning the same room.
This is easiest with suites, because suites usually can accommodate 4 people.
Here's a random cruise I found on Symphony on June 25 for a 1 bedroom Grand Suite.
With just 2 people, price is $10,094.

Now, let's add 2 kids to the same room for the same sailing.

New price is $10,412. Slight increase reflects port fees and taxes.

The Freestyle machines dispensed water even if you didn't have the special cups.  It's very possible they've reconfigured it so that you need the special cups for even water now.

I don't know if you can get water at the machines without a package - pre or post Covid; I've always had a package and never tried.
The sentence you're referencing is in context to the first part of my post which was saying that OP can get the refreshment vs the water package but still get unlimited water. By "or any cup" i was referring to the bars.

I get what you're saying, but as the parent of a special needs child, I ask you to consider that the child you perceive as misbehaving may actually be dysregulated due to a disability or special need you aren't aware of. They may be autistic, have adhd or anxiety, or another condition that may not be immediately visible to you. Royal Caribbean in particular is extremely autism friendly, so a lot of parents of autistic children choose to travel on RC. And while yes, some parents "don't parent", in the case of a special needs child, it can be extremely difficult to calm them or anticipate a trigger, especially in a new environment like a cruise ship. I'd also encourage you to look up "strategic ignoring" or "tactical ignoring", which is a recognized technic for eliminating bad behavior in children with or without special needs. Just because a parent isn't parenting their child the way you feel is appropriate doesn't mean they are not parenting in a way that a medical professional has advised them. And in response to your "if you can't parent your kids, don't take them out in public," I could just as easily say, "if you can't handle being around kids, you shouldn't cruise on a family friendly cruise line." There are cruise lines that cater to pretty much anyone, including those who don't want to deal with kids (ex. Virgin Voyages). It is your choice to choose a ship that caters to families with young children. Any family who is on that boat, who paid the same cruise fare you did (or likely more, given that accessible rooms and/or staterooms that hold more people tend to cost significantly more than two-person staterooms, as there are fewer of them on the ship) has the right to be there and enjoy their vacation, just as you do (and trust me, if a special needs child has a public meltdown, believe me that the parents likely are far more mortified and shaken by it than you are, even if they don't outwardly express it). And finally, I ask you to consider that families of children with disabilities and/or special needs, particularly autism, likely already feel stigmatized and isolated enough without reading comments like yours. And this should go without saying, but families of children with disabilities and special needs don't need to stay out of the public. They have every right to be there, just as you do.
