TPAGASMAN Posted March 3, 2023 Report Posted March 3, 2023 Like topic listed. My set sail pass for my Grand suite does not have the word "suite" printed on it. Just the cabin number. Will I have trouble entering the suite check in area in Miami? I read that that's how the "bouncers" at the entrance know you are entitling be there or not. Any experience? Thank you! Quote
Ampurp85 Posted March 3, 2023 Report Posted March 3, 2023 Does it show as suite on the app? They don't know the room numbers, so you will need something that says suite to use the suite entrance line and be checked in that way. Quote

twangster Posted March 4, 2023 Report Posted March 4, 2023 Printed set sail or app based set sail passes? The app sometimes misses it. Also, some classes of ship use the Sea/Sky/Star phrase in place of "suite". Older ships don't have Sea/Sky/Star so they use "Suite". Quote

amanalo217 Posted March 5, 2023 Report Posted March 5, 2023 I always have one of my luggage tags on my carry-on bag and it is still marked as a suite so if you have any issues you can show cabin number on set sail pass matches cabin on luggage tag. Quote

Yes, when you walk in the building take the escalators on the right upstairs. Then on the far right is the suites check in. They have a Master List and they highlighted our names off of it. Check in was 2-3 mins tops only because we needed new photos taken. There is a nice waiting area for suite guests once you get past the metal detectors if they aren’t boarding yet with some snacks and drinks. Enjoy your cruise! melmar02 1 Quote

SPS Posted March 9, 2023 Report Posted March 9, 2023 Have you considered printing (or saving a file/screenshot to your phone) a copy of your Cruise Vacation Receipt or the summary on your Upcoming Cruises page? The type of cabin and cabin number you have booked is listed on those. Quote
