For internet and some shore stuff the sale that started today seems to have been the best in a long while.  Got a dive that was stuck at 125.99 for nearly 6 months and had dropped to 115.99 last week dropped to 102.99 today.  Internet is still running higher but my girlfriend wanted to be able to text and talk to her son every day so we splurged a little for 2 device surf and stream and that was at one of the best prices I have seen.  
 
I know it's hit and miss sometimes though.  It's why it's worthwhile to track prices when new sales pop up to see what a good price range is vs a bad price range.  I have seen more than a few things go way up during a sale and then drop afterwards.  It's just like everything else in life, you have to be smart about the purchases you make and ready to see if something better pops up.

ROFL, well I do not mind dumbing things down quite a bit if someone needs it.  But lets just say I am a geek and have a desk crammed full of developement boards, screens, buttons, and a whole host of other geeky stuff.  Oh and I don't have cable, in fact haven't for just over 10 years now and for not much longer than that I haven't used streaming services like Netflix.  I also watch a ton of TV and Movies.  I get to do all that fun stuff because I am a Geek and have a server too, LOL.  I am also mostly self taught and dumb things down for my girlfriend and many others at times without issue.

Almost past Italy now and they still stayed in international waters the whole time.  Oh well I am sure they have reasons we don't need to know.

If there is some sort of issue using the proctored test in another country all you have to do is go get a cheap VPN service (sometimes can be found free but I don't know how much I would trust them) or set something up so that you can VPN back to a computer sitting in the US and access the service that way.  I use WindScribe for most of my stuff but I was able to get a lifetime on StackSocial for about 100 a couple years ago and others can be found there if you want to look around.
 
Wireguard is what I would recommend for those people setting something up for themselves.  Basically install the software on your home computer and make sure that ports are forwarded only for Wireguard in your router then connect up using a phone or something while not in the house (best over wifi from someplace like Walmart or somewhere else with free internet) and make sure it works before you leave out.  Wireguard is literally available for everything https://www.wireguard.com/install/ and once a few things are setup it is pretty easy to deal with as there is no true "client" "server" relationship with it.  For forwarding ports I suggest looking up your router on https://portforward.com/ and go through the steps.

Here's a Cruise Terminal 10 update from yesterday's Port of Galveston Wharves Board meeting:
Steel erection is going well and the next big step will be to lift the concrete tilt-up walls into place Royal Caribbean's portion of the project is on schedule and the new terminal is planned to be complete in early October (Allure arrives Nov 13) Parking lot construction will support the timing of the new terminal completion, but final completion of all aspects of parking and landscaping will be in early 2023 Road improvements are underway to support new traffic patterns and better traffic flow which will take some of the traffic off of Harborside Drive This is a complex project that involves coordination with Port of Galveston, Royal Caribbean, City of Galveston, University of Texas Medical Branch, various utility companies, US Army Corps of Engineers, other port tenants and many others. This coordination and cooperation seems to be going very well. Here is an aerial view of the new Cruise Terminal 10 construction site showing new building steel being erected (center-right), concrete tilt walls being formed flat on the ground (far right and other areas around the building), new piles being installed at Pier 10 to increase longevity and increase pier strength for larger ships.

 
Below is a drawing of the new parking lot adjacent to the new Cruise Terminal 10.  This is the "North Lot". There will also be a "South Lot" plus another lot at the Pier 14 area.  The Port is also working to secure additional parking in the vicinity.

 
This drone shot shows the activity to repair some of the deterioration on Pier 10 where Allure of the Seas will dock starting in November 2022.  New piles are also being driven to support the larger ships and to replace deteriorated piles.

You could try making a new email address and see if it can be changed and will go to that one. 
 
Not sure about the systems in use but that usually solves the problem. 

They are pretty similar selling the same tests.  Some people have had issues here and there with each of them.

Yep, but it happens.  Royal did the right thing and paid what was due.  I am guessing they had something get missed the previous month and the port knew exactly how to guarantee payment.
 
Had a thought though.  I know it's possible to have someone go hijack just about anything.  For the money involved I wonder if the company who has not been paid is trying to make plans to force the return of the ship to US waters.  Could be something to watch for with the "private security" companies out there who send people over to war zones to act as armed escorts possibly going to board the ship while it's in international waters to help facilitating the execution of an arrest warrant.  They don't look like they are going to try and stay very far from the US since they are still sitting there between the island where they dropped off and Miami.

Saw my upcoming Adventure of the Seas sailings had oceanview and balcony for less than I paid for an inside room.  Contacted my TA and they looked into making a switch.  Those rooms had already sold out but I was able to get 62 back and 25 OBC for my inside room so pretty happy about that.  Kinda funny that they refunded the difference instead of doing OBC with it but it all works out in the end.

Saw my upcoming Adventure of the Seas sailings had oceanview and balcony for less than I paid for an inside room.  Contacted my TA and they looked into making a switch.  Those rooms had already sold out but I was able to get 62 back and 25 OBC for my inside room so pretty happy about that.  Kinda funny that they refunded the difference instead of doing OBC with it but it all works out in the end.

So anyone who has an android phone with Google Maps can easily participate if they want to.  I would guess that apple users could but you will have to have google maps installed and use it heavily.  Anyway I pulled my data since I have had an android phone and do so from time to time to update my map.  Most of the time I drive places but did take a trip on Amtrak from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia via Washington DC and flew from OKC to Charlotte to Jamaica and then back through Dallas - Fort Worth.  Otherwise most everything over the water where there are dots is while on a ship as are visits to Honduras, Mexico, and Grand Cayman.

I hope they make the casino non-smoking permanently. 

The issue with the extension is we do not have a ton of guidance on which tests are included and which ones are not.  The first tests had a shorter shelf life (about 9 months) and the extension was ONLY for those tests.  Newer tests are being made with a 11 month shelf life so the information showing an extension is not going to cover those or others as that is already built in.  Until we have updated information DO NOT count on testing expiring 3 months beyond the date listed unless they were covered under the initial extension.  

This is for residents of the US only.  It will be limited to 4 tests per home.  Beyond that not a lot of information available so these probably will not be useful for travel but who knows till they start shipping.  I will be putting in an order even if it's just to have some on hand that can be used for my own information.

I agree you absolutely need to contact Royal. May also call your local health department as well. If you have a  copy of the records they may be willing to help.
 
And if you get a booster they will give you a new card for at least the booster (may even possibly fill out the other part) and you may then be able to get the VA to fill in the rest. 
 
Or if you get a booster you could fill in the initial information, I don't know if that would be an issue because it will be the truth. The only thing I wouldn't do is fake a signature just put the facility information down. I am not a member of the bar and therefore can not give legal advice though but I am sure sonstige will chime in on it.
