We had the same amazing experience on Oasis early this month! It does make it much easier getting off the ship when you know you already have another one scheduled for sure! We now try to do one cruise every year (my wife has limited vacation time) to ease the cruise withdrawal!
Thankfully, we have Odyssey scheduled for FEB 2022, but we could not ignore the pull from NextCruise this month and booked Harmony for JAN 2023! 😎
My wife is starting to hint at Alaska for 2024 for our 20th wedding anniversary... I'll have to start researching that one. 😆

Just got back from our cruise aboard the Symphony on Saturday. We had an amazing time! The staff was so fantastic! The service we received at the specialty restaurants was beyond amazing! This was our first time with a dining package and will most certainly do it again!
I can't wait for our May 2022 Alaska cruise now! With that being said, we are anxious to book our next cruise again, but can't cruise until Fall of 2023. Does anyone have an idea as to when that schedule may be released?

@Doak which ship will you be on?  We'll be on the Harmony.

We have Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas booked this year and as in years past the ships are decorated up and the menus enhanced. The last Christmas time sail we had in 2019 the Windjammer had a gingerbread village that appeared overnight. Cannot wait to get on and enjoy the festivities. 

I was probably suffering from Acronym Overload,   I read your post several times and still couldn't recall the Allure sailing to New York for the Holidays....🤣

We love sailing during the holidays.  There is definitely a festive feeling in the air and they decorate the ships very nicely.  It is pricey - so be prepared - but it's really fun.  We are doing a B2B on Allure this year for both Christmas and NY.

They decorate and they will have specialty restaurant dinners with a hefty upcharge but they do include champagne and a surf & turf option usually. In the past they had Santa and gingerbread decorations in the Windjammer, but I don't know how much of the celebration stuff they will cut back because of the current safety protocols.

This Christmas I gave you my heart,,,,,I kid I kid BUT we have never sailed on Christmas until this one coming up....what can we expect?  Will Royal do extra things?

I was on the Adventure in August and we got off in Cozumel; took a taxi downtown did some shopping and had a drink and caught a taxi back to the ship.  We are vaccinated and no different from pro-Covid with the exception of mask requirements.  Unvaccinated could only get off with a RCL excursion.

I hadn't either, but did some digging on CC and he sounds like quite a character, should make for a fun inaugural sailing.

10/3 and 10/5. So they expire Jan 3rd and 5th, I ordered two of the 6pks because we have 5 people travelling and I wanted each person to have a back-up in case. I ordered mines in Sept, it seems like the earlier you ordered the later they expired.

I’m boarding her Saturday and took our tests this morning. First test opened and the bottle of solution was dry. Also could not use our phone. Directed us to use a desktop

I had the same thought.  Too small a ship for that amount of time Can you imagine the gratuities alone after 274 nights,, YIKES!
