@2BeezeYes. You can still get a price reduction. I have done this first hand.
    Here are some examples:
    A) We booked a star Loft on Harmony and there are only 2 per ship. We grabbed the last one. This was back in January 2018. I have since priced it down 3 times for a total of almost $3K less than what I originally paid.
    B) Anthem GC we booked a JS. There are many in this category but JS sold out a long time ago. I have also priced this one down about $500 since it disappeared.
    C) most recently, we booked the Villa suite on Harmony. There is only one. I recently just got another $200 off of it. Not much but still something.
How does this happen? I track prices on all the categories in the class that I book. For example, for the Star loft, I was tracking all the prices for JS and above. If there was a drop in one of those categories, I would call and assume there was a drop in mine even though mine was gone. There was every time.
So the answer to your question is yes, you can re-price even if the category is gone.  It is not hopeless.  As long as it is all prior to final payment. But you have to make the effort to track it.

So, like you, I was curious about this suite, but on Symphony. So a few weeks ago, I called RC and spoke with a very helpful man named Craig. We spent almost an hour on the phone, mainly trying to find a sailing where the Villa was available. He finally found one for October 3, 2020. I told him we had eight people, and while he checked on the price, I braced myself. So when he told me $17,331.80, you can imagine my excitement. For each of us, it was only $2,166.76! Apparently, I lucked into a combination of a sale (50% fare for second passenger, and reduced fares for the rest) and low-season.
Craig told me that I could cancel within 24 hours with no penalty, so I put the deposit down without even consulting our friends (with whom we often cruise). He was so helpful and told me that he'd never booked this cabin before and he was a bit excited, too.
We had already planned to have dinner and play cards with our friends that evening, so when I was telling them all about what I'd found, they were saying 'yes' before I'd even finished asking if they wanted to go.
I'm so excited that I've got a countdown on my phone. Only 469 days, to go. ?

Paige reacted to twangster in Cruise ship workers reveal how much money they really make
The numbers are from SEC filings and earning reports that are poured over by investment analysts.
Mean typically isn't used in reference to salaries.
Why is median better than mean for a typical salary
Mean (average) would appear to be higher when salaries such as the Captain's is included.  However the Captain's salary isn't representative of 98% of all other salaries on board.  By including this outlier and using mean salaries it would appear everyone makes more which is the last thing any publicly traded company desires to do in earning reports filed with the SEC.

Paige reacted to JLMoran in Cruise ship workers reveal how much money they really make
It's important to note how the cruise lines report median annual earnings in their regulatory filings, rather than average earnings. Since the median is simply the mid-point in the range from lowest to highest, regardless of distribution, it allows them to report a number that is higher than if they gave the average earnings, and thus looks better ("We're taking great care of our employees! Look at those salaries!"). Average earnings will accurately reflect the distribution of the salaries; assuming most of the employees are at the lower end of the range (not an unreasonable expectation, as the crew handling housekeeping, dining services, maintenance, etc. will make up much more of the total crew complement compared to the staff and officers), the average will be lower.
Only question is -- how much lower? Could just be by a couple hundred dollars, or it could be by a few thousand. No way to know since we have no real way to know the actual ratio of low-paid crew to mid-salary staff to high-wage officers. And it's possible that they did report average as well as median; Business Insider could have chosen to omit the average number to get the slant they're looking for with this rather light / minimal story. I'm inclined to doubt it since they were reporting averages for most of the story.
If I was going to guess, given the total crew complement is somewhere around 1,500 on the average large ship that carries about 4,500 passengers, I'd guess it was in the neighborhood of 100 : 15 : 1 crew : staff : officers. I'm assuming there's only about 15 officer level staff on any ship, so let me know if that's way off base. But if it's about right, reporting the average would skew the annual wage way down.

Cruise lines and their security staff lets alot of stuff go that would get you ejected from many venues on shore. Alot. Throwing someone off the ship is an absolute last step when dealing with a disruptive passenger. You can be sure there is a plethora of evidence that supports their decision.

We haven't purchased the package, so I can't give advice on price, but some people have stated that the facial recognition system which RCI uses can influence the number of pictures that are "captured" by your account.  This is in addition to the pictures you register with a photographer by giving your stateroom number.  I did see an ad in a recent cruise compass for $150 for 34 professional pictures.  I recall seeing flashdrives/downloads for about $250 on the ship, but I suggest you check with someone who purchased a package.  You might compare these figures with what you see in Cruise Planner.

Are you departing out of Miami or Fort Lauderdale?  There is a passport office not far from the Miami port that does “emergency” passports.  You need to make an appointment but turn around can be same day.  If you are already traveling with your birth certificates you have the documents.

Try to hire a private tour guide, it is worth every penny, make sure they are licensed.  They will bring you through a private entrance, so there is no lines, and they will do it at your pace.  We purchased this through the Amex concierge.  I remember when we did it..  We got there @ 8:30 and the line was already very long to get into the Vatican.

We switched a few years ago to Bonine,  and it does not make you as drowsy as Dramamine does and works just as good. We have it with us but only use it when seas are rough.  It seems the more you cruise the less you get motion sickness.  At least for us anyways.   Also not having an empty stomach and staying hydrated works very well.
