I'm so late on responding to this, but I'd expect well liquor if you don't go for the upgrade options.  I apologize I don't have specifics, but if you want more than beer, I'd go for the top shelf option.

I think the tables take only 8 so your party of 10 will be split regardless.  On the buying it and cancelling work around, YMMV.  Many have had success doing it, but they also have been cracking down on it.
Recently there is indication that the policy of not being able to book until onboard is going away so i think that would give me hope.
 
I can't give you a definitive and it's your risk to take, but if it were me, I would book it separate, pay for it and take my chances on the refund.  I do think you're going to have to go 5 and 5 or 6 and 4 across 2 tables though.

It was horrible. Was not concerned with "spiking". I think it was VERY cheap low quality liquor and I refuse to consume it. Now if I was still 21... LOL

We did a private tour in Cozumel this summer through Viator. It was excellent - just the driver plus my family, and we crafted our schedule before we left the port area. It was a spectacular day. I'd recommend that so you can have some choice over what happens! Sooooo…have decided to take my 80 year old mother on Voyager this Thanksgiving. Looking for ideas for our stop in Cozumel. She is 80, does not require walker or wheelchair, but has some mobility issues. She would like to visit a beach and do some sightseeing. Does anyone have a reliable local driver or other suggestions?

Get rid of Wonderland? I know, I know - some people love it. We tried it for the second time. Still a NOGO, Bad food and the "performance" is lacking. Change them all out for a Hooked, Mason Jar, or Playmakers. No real ship work to be done. Just a change in mindset.

Yes, I called C&A yesterday and was told they would mail me my Adventure of the Seas block, in about 4 months!!!  I will check on it again in September...

They are apparently still on back order. We have not received ours yet from April 7th sailing. 

There are supply shortages.  You might be better off contacting Crown and Anchor society and requesting the missed block because you might get onboard Independence and there is a possibility they won't have blocks.  At least now you can get one from Liberty if available, or be placed on a wait list.

I read the same thing. Called the county health and human services division and they were able to provide it to me so I could write it in. I sailed 3 times with no issue prior to reading of someone's denial because of no lot number.
