We just dealt with this. Did NOT pay for them. And when we made of reservations they just made them for us 3.

I got super excited when I saw the title of this topic....then I read the answers and a small part of me died....lol

Every video says it's available but we bought the unlimited drink package and think it would be a waste of our time to bring two along with us. 

I got the deluxe package so will not bother brining anything on board. I'll just walk to the windjammer first thing in the am.

The drink package doesn't cover beverages outside of the "Juices and Beverages" section. All other beverages from Room Service would  be charged "current bar pricing".
Only exception would be Star class guests on ships with the Royal Suite Class program.

Great question! 
If no one knows definitively, I would be more than happy to find out by ordering it on our next sailing ? 
My guess; no it wouldn't be included. (see below)

But if you are a non us citizen this doesnt always work. We repriced our dining package and I lost 50$ on the exchange rate for my refund before I repurchased . Still won overall but not as much as expected .

If you have a drink package stock up on water and keep in your stateroom. Get a few a day and you will have for when you get off the ship

Omg I noticed the same thing! People calling it down right theft and saying it's the reason for high drink prices. Very judgemental members. My husband and I have the drink package my 4 year old does not. I plan on letting her get flavored water from the machines and the occasional shirley temple / mocktail etc ( within reason).

Mine was down to 46$ which is the least it has been ever! 

Not likely to be the travel mug looking ones, they are doing away with those and most ships are already using the amusement park looking ones that don't keep anything cold.
