Matt got a reaction from Neesa in ?The Key Benefit @ CocoCay?
That's still an onboard benefit. Once you step foot on the pier, they turn into a vampire and scurry back to the ship

Matt reacted to twangster in Haiti News
Arriving tomorrow. No special announcements from the bridge, just your standard noon announcement that we will arriving at 7am.
I hadn't booked any excursions so can't say if they cancelled any.

That sounds about right to me. 2029 if you sacrifice small animals at the altar of @twangster

Matt reacted to Galveston Steve in All Things Galveston
Here is a story in the Galveston Daily News regarding the Port's continuing efforts to improve traffic flow in and around the Port. For instance, the new Cruise Terminal 16 opening in late 2025 will have a parking garage.

Matt reacted to CHRIS WONG in The Incredible Crew Neighbohood On Icon Of The Seas
Excited to share with you all the CREW NEIGHBORHOOD onboard the Icon Of The Seas!
This is an exclusive first look into our home away from home, whilst we work onboard the ship!

Matt got a reaction from Snotarni in Booking for Casino Royal Prime Certificates "ahead of time"
Best you can do is cancel and rebook with the Prime offer, but I don't see what benefit that gives you with booking it initially.

Matt got a reaction from Robert M in Do we expect more refurbishment news?
I expect the news much closer to the actual refurb. I say that because in the Royal Amplification days the specific details of an amplification were announced closer to the start of the work being done.
Royal has always been cagey about their refurbishments. They tend to play it "close to the vest" until they can't anymore.

Matt got a reaction from Cactus527 in Returning to the ship while in port
I plan to be back onboard 2 hours before all aboard time so that if there are any delays, we have plenty of buffer.

Matt reacted to DunkelBierJay in Voyager of The Seas Concern
I may have missed something, but the videos I saw were of Serenade on its world cruise during some weather in the South Atlantic. Water from a storm penetrated through doors on the upper decks and soaked some carpets.
I am not aware of anything like that on Voyager.
You really don't have anything to worry about, however, because the deck crews on all ships are professional and efficient. If/when there is water damage, they mitigate it quickly, and that fresh clean Royal Caribbean smell is always present. Videos that make the internet are rare, but become viral easily because of the sensationalism. I have not been on Voyager yet, but I have been on two of her sister ships, and can attest that the experience will be wonderful, and yes, the ship is very safe, as are all RC ships.
Matt has a tour of Voyager on YouTube at this link in case you want to envision being on board.

Welcome to the message boards.
No, I don't expect any changes to Labadee visits.
While Labadee is in Haiti, it's a remote peninsula literally walled off from the rest of the country. Government warnings about travel to Haiti always focus on going to the cities.

Matt got a reaction from DoomSlayer in Question about Royal Casino and Tiers.
To get to prime in one cruise, you need to get 2500 points.
At the casino host desk is a bunch of QR codes that correlate to how many points youve earned just on that sailing. You can see at each point threshold (1200, 1800, 2500, et al) which sailings you could book. So you could preview this before ever spending a dollar on the ship.
New ships are usually excluded.
