Do all RCL ships have a location for carry on luggage on embarkation day when cabins are inaccessible/still being cleaned?

how do you find out where to leave it?

My experience has been if you carry on luggage, it's with you until your room opens. But suites or Keys might have other options.

A lot of folks use backpacks with swimsuits inside, then after a bite they hit the pool deck for a couple of hours while waiting for rooms to open.

Larger carry-ons are a bit of an inconvenience, and they make it difficult to eat at Windjammer or even ride the elevator.

Your question is a bit ambiguous.

Yes, there is a location where you can "drop off" luggage for the porters to load onto the ship.  Said luggage will be outside your stateroom and waiting for you.

No, there is no designated location on the ship where you can "drop off" luggage.

Not ambiguous at all, the OP was specifically asking about their carry on bags.

Lol.  Carry on bags could mean the ones that fit the airline definitions.  In that case, we had "carry on bags" with us until we left them with the porter at the terminal.

We had the Key for the first time last month so we were able to get it tags right before our Key's lunch and our bags were taken to our cabins and were waiting for us when we were allowed to go to our cabins (which was around 1 pm).  Otherwise, you have to keep up with them yourself.

Thanks for the replies; I had seen some comments on various sites suggesting that there might be place to leave carry on luggage if the rooms were off limits still. Maybe it was cruisers with extra benefits  Cheers🥳
