Help!  Both my husband and I are Prime members and we have not received any Casino Royal offers since April 10th.   Somehow our email addressed got corrupted and we began receiving offers to our email address but with someone else name in the body of the email.  The person's whose name's in the this " this offer is intended for" is are friends who I booked a cruise for at Next Cruise about a year ago.  Somehow our email address/prime member names got corrupted.  I have called Casino Royal at least five times trying to get this corrected.  They now say that our friends names have been removed and the issue is fixed.....still no offers or correspondence from Casino Royal and it has been almost a month.   Has anyone else had this issue?  Are offers still being sent out?

We are both Prime members as well.  My email address somehow got corrupted with Club Royale and I haven't gotten an email offer in many months.  Dan got them for a while but he hasn't gotten any lately, either.  The snail mail offers quit coming about the time of the onset of the plague.

The only way we have been able to know if we have any offers is to go to the website.  It is extremely limited in useful information but at least you will know if you have any offers.  That's the way we booked the last 2 casino offer cruises (Symphony on 1 August and Oasis on 13 December).  Right now, there is nothing at all on our list.

I have received no offers since this began either. We also were told there was an email address issue, but that all offers would also arrive via snail mail. At the same time, all of my offers vanished last weekend from the  club Royale offers page, even the unexpired offers.

Hello. Help! continued.... I just checked  my Club Royal offers via their website and it still shows no offers.  I looked on the account that mine had been corrupted by and she has a new offer, 20May108,for a free interior room.  Have any of you received that offer?  It appears my offers are still going to her Crown and Anchor number.  She has only 16 nights and has never received even a $100 certificate at the casino.

That’s one I haven’t heard of before.  From the title of the offer, it sounds new.  I checked this morning and nada...but I will keep checking. Sounds like a new one coming...

I have been having this problem since September 2019.  I have called them every month and they claim it is fixed.  The one time they actually fixed it only lasted a month until I booked another cruise.  When booking I said numerous times to make sure no data was being crossed into other accounts.  The assured me it was all good but it actually screwed it all up again.  I have about 20 hours of time invested into phone calls to fix this issue (at least one call per month since Sept. 2019).  After the last booking with Royal my emails from Celebrity are now screwed up.  

I'm starting to think the easiest thing to do is switch my loyalty to another cruise line

Dan and I both got the Q2/Q3 offer yesterday.  We booked 4-11 and 4-18 on Liberty.  The upgrades to Suites were great....just like in the old days.  Now....if we can just get going....

But you're right.  There were no offers for a very long time.  I saw ours on the clubroyaleoffers.com site and called them...and booked...and then yesterday I got an email.  First one I've gotten from Club Royale in a very long time

Also got the offer for Q2, and Q3.. Was just curious about everyone's opinion.. Do you think They think cruising won't start up again until April and that's why we got those offers rather than ones for say Jan-Mar? That combined with Odyssey starting in April made me possibly think Royal thinks April is their target to reopen..

They also added a new feature......a listing of itineraries right in the website so you don't have to call and find out the one you want isn't available 😉

Is that list available to see anywhere else? Our casino royale is 11/7, so next on the chopping block. I'd like to have some sort of idea of which cruises I may be able to change to. I dont have any current offers available on the clubroyaleoffers site.

If your Nov casino comp cruise gets cancelled, you can call Club Royale and see if they will allow you to move it.  We had an August comp cruise cancelled, and we were able to move it to Feb 21.  They totally price protected it...just like a L&S but not a year in advance...just 6 months in advance.  I was very surprised and happy that they let us move it.  They weren’t doing that for previous casino comps lost due to the cruise suspensions. Hopefully they will continue to allow suspended casino comps to be moved.

PS....I hope you don’t have to find out.  We have 2 casino comps in Nov, too.

I just got an amazing bit of info on our October cancelled Casino comp- we originally booked the 3 night weekend getaway on Mariner and what was offered to move to (in addition to the Mariner for Jan-Feb) is a 7 night on Harmony or Allure. I am utterly shocked and we are for sure jumping on it. I am not sure if this has already been discussed but I definitely thought of you when our agent told us this! I was blown away!

So we'll get a 7 night on Oasis class for the same price as the 3 night on Mariner?! I just can't believe that awesome offer!

Lost a great JS Casino cruise early on (June) before they allowed the L&S through the Casino. They informed us about the policy change 2 days after we cancelled it. Had to use our annual comp and pay for the upgrade for booking a new one which they actually gave us a great price. Now if they cancel any of our upcoming Casino cruises (Nov & Dec) we will use the L&S.

Well that didn't last long, although our MEI agent spoke to 2 different RC agents about this- when she called the 3rd time it was no longer on the table. I have no doubt she fought hard armed the info given by previous agents. Alas, it was in fact too good to be true. 

Oh well! Back to the weekenders!
