  1. I have been having this problem since September 2019. I have called them every month and they claim it is fixed. The one time they actually fixed it only lasted a month until I booked another cruise. When booking I said numerous times to make sure no data was being crossed into other accounts. The assured me it was all good but it actually screwed it all up again. I have about 20 hours of time invested into phone calls to fix this issue (at least one call per month since Sept. 2019). After the last booking with Royal my emails from Celebrity are now screwed up. I'm starting to think the easiest thing to do is switch my loyalty to another cruise line
