From the news items out there, it seems that there might not ever be a vaccine (search 'can you get COVID-19 a second time'). I read two articles last weekend that outlined some medical community fears that this might end up having the same treatable characteristics as the common cold...and/or we're just zig-zagging our way to eventual herd immunity.
Either way...cruise on.

Yes, you must wear the mask.  Whether or not you wear clothing is entirely up to you.   Just warn me, first if you decide to go mask-only.

This is exactly where my thinking is at.  I'm fine with going, we need to be cautious but cannot live our lives in fear.  And it just make spending more time in my cabin the cool thing to do.  We normally hang out in there a lot anyway.  We cruise for relaxation, we don't need to do much.  I need the borders to open though.

So at the local market this afternoon, I saw a customer pick an item from the shelf, read something on the label, then put it back.  A nearby customer went bonkers:  "you touched that!!!  You can't just put that back on the shelf!!"  I'm saying to myself, lady, you're the reason that there's no bread or  toilet paper left in the store....
I didn't realize until now how similar shopping was to eating at the Windjammer.

And don't the majority of people have one one of those listed health issues?  Hypertension, Afib, CHF are all chronic heart conditions and people live happy, healthy otherwise lives every day with those. And how many millions of people have diabetes? Or cancer? And are just fine? 
I think the word "may" is the key word and as @WAAAYTOOO has said, it allows Royal Caribbean to cover their a**.

I just love that cat Gears, that's an even angrier looking cat that mine. But I have to agree, it's either a fake post or a lot of pertinent information was omitted.

I did. It was something like $550 USD round pp from BUF to SEA with 1 stop. That's not including getting from SEA to Vancouver. 
I've seen good deals on SW before. This was not one of them.

Realize the frustration, I would be too. But...the cruise industry is in uncharted waters on this issue. The dynamics are changing every six hours...I can't even imagine how a company who's business is travel and tourism would manage through this. The folks in the call centres...ouch.
With a basic search I can find MASSIVE historic failures with each of those other cruise lines you listed. And they are all currently dealing with the exact same issues right now.
Have a look at the over and above customer service RCL did with the Anthem of The Seas out of New Jersey a few weeks back when there were potential COVID-19 cases on a returning cruise. RCL did a bunch of things they DIDN'T have to do...and in almost 20 years of cruising I have never seen. Take solace in that case...and expect you will be taken care of in due course.
