After waiting since the middle of March we have received all of our refunds. We would also like to say a big thank you to Michelle @ Mei Travel for all the hard work she has done for us during this crazy time.

We lifted and shifted a Dec 2020 cruise to Dec 2021.  RCCL cancelled my cruise planner booking for Labadee on May 6 when we moved the cruise.  Still don't have my refund.   Called RCCL today (60 calendar days - 45 business days) and have been told it was on hold and will be another 45 days before I get my money.  So am looking at four months to get a refund.   (insert facepalm here).
 

I got a bunch of refunds yesterday for my cancelled August Symphony cruise.  I have been very, very fortunate.  So far (fingers crossed behind my back) all of the CP refunds have been accurate and complete for a single cruise...so I haven't had to go searching trying to and identify which refunds are from which cancelled cruise.  My unprofessional observation is that they are working in reverse.  I got my October refunds first, now August but still waiting for May.

We have been using Michelle Cunningham for a about a year now from MEI Travel after always making our own cruise plans for more than 20 years. All we can say is how much help she has been with all the issues going on at this time with our current reservations. We highly recommend her.

We have stayed at the Best Western 2 times. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the Inner Harbor area. The room we had you can see the port and the ship out the window. The shuttle to the port was quick and easy.

Does this mean onboard drink prices are going up?

We have just transferred our 2020 Alaskan cruise to Michelle at MEI after the 60 day period had gone by. Like others had stated it took a few days for it too happened, but she worked her magic and made it happen.

We are currently working with Michelle at MEI Travel on our upcoming Alaska cruise. We will use this information and get in touch with Michelle regarding the October 2020 cruise once she is back from her vacation.

We would like to thank everyone for all the information provided to us. After looking at all the options we have decided to try the Best Western Hotel & Conference Center. The price we got it for was $164.49 per night. This will work well for us because we were not looking for all the bells and whistles seeing it is only 1 night in January which limits outside activities.
