I got it to work today by calling the Crown and Anchor phone number 1-800-526-9723. Then option 1, 4, 2 (because I booked online or select however you booked), then 1 again to use the automated system. From there it took me to the automated system to say I need a confirmation and enter my booking ID. Within seconds I got my invoice in my email.

I used my future cruise credit to pay for a cruise
chrisb732 replied to chrisb732's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
@Dad2Cue just called the main number and they had no explanation for why the receipts were the way they were. After explaining to them what was going on the person was able to get it sorted out. They sent us new receipts which made sense now. And to really make your head spin I too had some cruise planner purchases but that wasn't what my strange numbers were coming from. Who knows, I know it's odd and all but I still don't understand. -

Fort McHenry is a good place to visit, good views of the area from there. In that area Barracudas, LP Steamers, and Little Havana are great places to go eat. -

@Matt I couldn't make sense of it too. @Dad2Cue glad to see it wasn't just me. We called today and they sorted it all out. Hopefully not many other people end up with something like this when they try to use their credit. Have a good weekend everyone! -
I used credit from a canceled cruise earlier in the month for my August cruise. My credit was $1,373 a person for my wife and I. On the August cruise I owed $2,204.10. I went online and put my credit of $2,746 towards the cruise and later got these two receipts. I then checked online to see what my balance was and it said it was $132.32 instead of the $192.10 it said on the receipt, makes no sense! Does this make sense to anyone? Has anyone had a similar experience when using their future cruise credit? Thank you

I just an email for my April 5th Anthem cruise. Dear Guest, Before your exciting cruise sets sail onboard Symphony of the Seas, we have a change to share with you regarding the All Access Tour you reserved. In addition to providing guests with the best cruise possible, at Royal Caribbean International, the safety and well-being of our guests and crew are our top priority. Given the recent news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure we maintain our continued high level of sanitation standards onboard our ships. As a result, we'll no longer be operating the All Access Tour on your sailing. As you know, this experience gives you a behind the scenes look at many of our busiest areas of the ship, such as the main galley, the engine control room, and the laundry facilities. Under normal circumstances we'd be excited to welcome our guests back stage, but out of an abundance of caution we feel this is just another way we can ensure the health and well-being of our guests and crew. We're terribly sorry for this last-minute change. Please know that you can expect a full refund for the tour, to the original form of payment in the next 7 - 10 business days. Thank you for your understanding. We can't wait to see you onboard soon! Sincerely, Royal Caribbean International

Ahhhhhh now that makes sense.

@SpeedNoodles Thank you, yes I have been putting in the same exact thing that I have previously booked. @Lovetocruise2002 What blows my mind is that as soon as I reprice I call immediately. I double and triple check to make sure I am comparing apples to apples. It seems that the resident and DEAL promo can never be applied to repricing. It makes me laugh because sometimes when I reprice I don't even select the state I live in and it still gives me a resident discount LOL?. I will try calling the C&A number next time. Thank you for the advice.

@AshleyDillo thank you. I have seen that DEAL discount come up at different times and with different prices. That seems to be one of the things that never works for them when I call.
