RCL announces "The Luggage Key!" For just 29.99 per guest/per day you can enjoy an additional 200 lbs. of luggage weight for your cruise enjoyment.

We did at first, too, but we looked high and low for a short cruise in Jan ‘24 since we have airline credits that needed to be used.
We are fine in an inside cabin, but everything we found on Royal for the timeframe was more expensive than a balcony cabin on another company.
Barring any major changes, we will always try to cruise on a Royal Caribbean ship, but money talks.
I guess we’re not too big of defectors since we have Royal cruises booked out as far as January ‘25.
Money does talk but mine just says "GOOD BYE!"

I believe that it is frowned upon by RCL so lets just say "I have a Friend" that uses his/her D+ two free days of internet to allow MDR mates and friends they met throughout the cruise that do not have internet access and in need of travel check-in to meet at the Internet Cafe and book their check in the night before and go celebrate our (Ooops! I mean their) last night and spend every last voucher before they disembark the following day.
This is what my FRIEND does.

This survey comes right from the playbooks!
1. They mention a record breaking quarter.
2. Discuss raising prices for Cruising because "People will pay!"
3. Discuss reducing the gap between land base vacations and a Cruise Vacation.
4. Hey, Look over there. They MAY start charging a few dollars for awful, mediocre pizza. By now people have forgotten the Actual raises that will most likely occur from CEO discussions just last month that could be in the Hundreds if not thousands.
People tend to forget things quickly and move on to the next "Bad Thing." Sound familiar?

I've been to places with axe throwing. They use real axes. Also they were bars. People did shots between throwing an axe. So not crazy to think they might really be considering it. Apparently drinking and throwing axes is becoming a thing.
I believe that this is more or less what they had in mind for "Axe Throwing". We experienced this activity on a Princess Cruise to Alaska in May while docked in Ketchican.

I may be "Cheap" in my thinking but I wouldn't want to get off a day early. I paid for all that food and drinks and lodging and I am going to use it all ! Plus, I am NEVER in a hurry to go back to work.

Could one of you kind folks please link (from Amazon) a decent power adapter that will work for both London and Paris. I have never stayed in London so I am unaware of what works best. Thank you all in advance.

If your main focal point of cruising is water slides. Then yes, maybe cruising isn't for you
Or... Go during Mid Winter when the line for the water slides will be MUCH shorter?

I agree that is odd it is greyed out. I just double checked my 2025 sailing and that is not greyed out. Never seen that before
Just a guess but maybe it is greyed out because the lifeboat fell off the ship and hasn't been replaced yet?

I do not like the 4-day cruises, but I have been on 2 of them in the last year out of Las Angeles. How do I pass up 4 days on the Navigator for $300 a person?
Especially if you live within 50 miles of the pier. I have been on a free 3 day, 4 of the 4 day, and 2 of the 7 day Mexico cruises. I have 2 more booked for this year.

I wonder.... RCL Tops 100 and Matt makes pinnacle at the same time. Coincidence ? I think not!

I accidently left several $100 bills in the safe. They have a picture of Ben Franklin on them. If anyone finds one please send it to me. I don't recall the cabin # but if you find one in a cabin it was mine. Thank you in advance for your help in retrieving these Bills.

This is refreshing. A first time poster seeking good information instead of just a complaint. Welcome and enjoy your cruise to Barcelona.

So when I go to order a soda do I show them the seapass card?
Yes. The first few times you may need to show the Seapass card to a waiter or Bartender but once you frequent those locations several times most of them just remember you and you may not need to show it. But, bring it with you when you wish to get a soda just in case their memory is like mine and they forget.

Taking a wild guess here. I am looking at the C&A questions with the "Overcrowding" and figuring that the cuts are going to be molded into the Perks we currently receive. RCL offers the best perks industry wide but they are slowly being trimmed down a bit and I expect will be further reduced. They bragged about getting many more "New" cruisers and now can afford to cut perks and upset some Loyal cruisers that are Diamond and Diamond+ (Like myself). This will reduce the overcrowding in Lounges and reduce their costs via less free drink vouchers, less crystal blocks, less free wifi, and so on. I hate to say it but that would be something I see as a win/win for them with no real downside to consider.
