One of my son's checked bags did not make it to his destination with him.  Once the bag was delayed for 3 hours, he had a $100 credit to buy clothes to wear.  Easy process-simply send in the receipts.  

I also recommend copies of your passports that you keep in a separate place-just in case.

I can't imagine how helpless (and thankful) those folks who did manage to get away felt,

The way I always like to think of it is that concierges basically save you from having to line up at guest services.  Anything they can do at guest services, the suite concierge can take care of it for you, and then some.

ETA: Yes, I AM already researching and planning for sky class in 2 years time, why do you ask? This is totally sane behavior. Don’t judge me. 

We are a family of three and have always requested a table with others.  It is a bit hit or miss, but in our last cruise we snagged a nice table by the window in MDR and sat with a solo traveler.  We had great conversations every night.  We warned her when we are dining elsewhere so she wouldn't feel abandoned.  Whatever you choose, have a great cruise....

Ha, the one who had never cruised before. They are annoyed that I have so many cruises booked because it'll be hard for me to fit another in just with them. 

Trying to do it all. I'm all for seeing and experiencing everything, but DH wants a laid back relaxing vacation...big fights may have broken out on our second cruise. I'm much more "go with the flow" now.

If anyone is hesitant to let RC pick your room by booking a “Guaranteed” room (GTY) read this! We saved over $1000 (3 people) by booking a guaranteed ocean-view balcony room. Then when RC was assigning rooms last week all the standard ocean-view balcony rooms were booked.....so they UPGRADED US TO A 1-BEDROOM GRAND SUITE AT NO CHARGE!! I had actually made a minimum Royal Up bid for this room ($1,500) which was cancelled when they gave me the upgrade. We will be in a Room 9660 sailing on January 4th, 2020.

It is just that I bought the tag holders with the wire hangers from Amazon last July and spent 3 hours looking for them yesterday. Now, I have nothing to put in them! ??

However, on a positive note, we just got back from seeing Phoenix, and I cannot say enough GOOD things about that show. They were really good.  I would go back and see them again in a minute.  I am not as impressed with the Music Hall on Oasis as I was with the one on Anthem, but they did the best they could with the space they had.  It’s a sight more useful now than it was as Dazzles.
Also, a huge bit of news, Dan and I finally met the Twangbot.  He seemed very real.  Almost human-like.  A very advanced bot, indeed.  He sat with us at the concert.  It was quite an honor for us.??

Since I am back to reality and already wanting a break from reality..time to finish this up!  Anyone ever come back to work after a long vacation and forget their password to log into their work computer?  Asking for a friend...

I know it's not a toiletry, but on a related note, they do provide a hair dryer, though it is the same sort of small, lower powered one you see in many hotel rooms. If you have particularly thick or long hair, I'd recommend bringing your own.
