I hate hate hate it that Royal Caribbean allows smoking in the casinos. One, because I'd love to play. But besides that, I can smell it wafting into the Royal Promenade from the ships that have that spiral staircase from the Promenade into the Casino. 
So I don't agree that their air filtration system before was great, and I hope that it gets better from here.

The safety and security of our guests, crew and communities we visit is our number one priority. In order to provide the safest cruise experience possible, all guests and crew will need to be fully vaccinated for all sailings with embarkation dates prior to October 31, 2021. Therefore, minors who have not yet been eligible to be vaccinated will not be permitted to sail on these voyages. Minors who have been fully vaccinated are welcome to sail. 
Wonder if royal follows suit if this works for NCL?

I stayed in an aft balcony on Navigator, one floor below the Windjammer.  While I heard zero noise from the Windjammer, if I went out onto my deck in the middle of the night I could hear music coming from the area of the Flowrider.  It couldn't be heard from within the room, though, even with the balcony door open.

Izumi hibachi includes the base level of the menu.  You pay $10 extra per person if you want the upper tier of the menu.

So I don’t have a source for this, but rumors are that the twice weekly visit to Ensenada is posing some shore excursion problems, thus holding up itinerary releases. Currently the Donkey show is held once a week and the donkey is in his golden years. Two shows a week could cause exhaustion.  A replacement donkey is being sought out. 
I have never been and therefore can’t comment on the quality or demand for this excursion.

Just got off the phone with D+ desk, First sailing out of LA is June 10th 2022 3 nights day 1 LA day 2 sea day  day 3 Ensenada no pricing was available. Asked when they would go sale no timeframe was given just said a announcement would go out once they are open.

The rep stated that they were sent a bulletin that says they are still working out the itineraries and that they will be delayed being put open for sale."

Let's just say that I'm thrilled that I didn't stay up all nights on my night off from work Wed and Thurs waiting for these itineraries to be released.

Still waiting...

This may be true from the perspective of potential spread and risk to the general community. But there are starting to be reports of a large number of kids in this cohort who contracted Covid, had only very mild symptoms, but are showing indications of long-haul Covid or other long-term negative health effects. Things like asthma, "brain fog", the bizarre issue with toes that turn blue (indicating circulatory problems), and more.
The disease isn't fatal in kids, and it's rarely severe. And for whatever reason, kids are much less likely to spread it. But they are still vulnerable and at risk of long-term health problems that will impact them for way longer, on multiple levels, than any person in their 40s or 50s. My 20-year old daughter caught it and was lucky to have a very mild case with no apparent after-effects. As a singer and performing artist, her post-college career would have been DOA if Covid had done any major / lasting damage to her lungs. My 17-year old has asthma and was lucky enough to get fully vaccinated last month; I'm very relieved, as she could have been totally wrecked if she got infected.
